Years ago, I was having a hard time French braiding my own hair and my friend told me to close my eyes and visualize me looking at the back of my head while braiding and visualize the finished result :)
@@justjessiiii Yess! I still do that when I'm braiding, styling, colouring my re-growth, putting in my clip-in extensions etc or anything I'm doing to the back of my hair where I can't see :)
Honestly, this is a weird trick bc it totally works with not just French braiding, but oddly, makeup too!!! Back when I was in law school (read: looking for anything and everything to distract me from studying), I would follow youtube makeup tutorials blindly without using a mirror just to sew what would happen. Surprisingly, 9 times out of 10 the end result turned out so much better than anything I ever did in front of the mirror, even using the same colors and techniques! I guess the theory is bc it engages your tactile senses more(?) But yes, I totally agree, such a weirdly effective tip! Now if I could just visualize how to braid the bottom half of my fine, short hair to better blend my extensions! (@jzstyles, would LOVE a video on this for those of us who can’t quite afford the amount of hair it takes to disguise our short layers with more hair the way you do so beautifully). The Hair Shop has a good one where the stylist braids the bottom of the model’s chin length hair up and it looked amazing in the end-there just HAS to be a DIY hack that doesn’t require such advanced braiding skills where the extensions still lay just as flat...please make a video on this bc I know there are sooooo many short-haired people who struggle with this and eventually give up on extensions for this reason!)
My granddaughter is 18 months old. It's fun to watch her mimic the things you do. Especially with her mum's wigs. She loves wearing them, cause the poor girl doesn't have a lot of hair yet. She'd wear it al day of you let her..lol They're adorable.
I would love to see a video of you attempting to sew in a weft! Pleeeaaaaaase. I do it on myself and have gotten pretty good. It is way harder than tapes though. Thanks for sharing your tape-in install.
I just started watching your channel cuz I just purchased mu first set of tape ins ever. But my question is how to properly apply the 2 colors to blend nicely. One is a ash brown to ash blo d balayage and the other shade is a ash one to platinum blond since my current hair color is rooted ash brown with multiple blond highlights thru out but more dark in the back with baby lights on the back
I LOVE your hair! I'm ordering tape in extensions for myself on your website and was curious if you offered discount codes for first time customers? Thanks in advance!
So I’m home I have just recovered from corona, so I decide I’m going start binge watching you guys again lol and I see you start your extensions and literally I could almost feel where you were putting the extensions just by where your hands were in the look on your face! Just before I got sick I was going to do my own extensions so now Im inspired as per usual with videos! Question to you is this, how do you find the energy to stay inspired and fearless with travel during this pandemic? It’s important to know what drives you .Xo
I used to love wearing tapes but have since stopped. I just couldn't deal with all the brands and some brands give duds(it just happens) and I started wearing wigs and clips also.
Just wondering if you do a bricklay pattern while doing the back or horseshoe shaped rows or something different? It looks so nice and thick in the back,I can never get that right.🙄
Being hourly, the faster you get the less money you make, but the more clients you can gain for you actually end up winning. I do however agree with it not sounding like a service! I think as a stylist it would be cool to know how much time ‘1 row’ or ‘50’ bonds would take to install, and show the pricing as how much hair you’re putting in, but in your mind it’s all about how much time is takes.
We offer up to 24" now! We're always working on offering more variety - I know there's quite a delay on longer hair due to the supply chain issues. We'll keep you guys updated!
How do you do the one sided tapes?? I haven’t even bothered using mine, I just keep ordering the double sided because I do my own tapes for face frame around my wefts too and the one sided confuses me lol it says heat activated? Do I do my sandwich and put a flat iron on it?
I’m all for seeing before and after pics of the new house, I know you put so much into designing it! But please please don’t do a full tour showing the layout, it’s not safe for your family for people to know the exact layout of your house sale the location of kids rooms, etc.

And did it help?

I do this too. The only way I can do it is closing my eyes. Idk why but it works.

I do a bricklay pattern that curves with the head
When the black item was dropped at 4:08 scared me at first haha
I know - for sure looked spooky! haha
I just got my hair ordered through a stylist, to be installed in a week I CANT WAIT!!!

Omg.. Popcorn and Peanut M&Ms is truly where it's at lol.

Do they ruin your hair?

Thank you so much for this video :)
You are so welcome!
You make it look so easy I can barely put in my own clip ins😀😅
It's just YEARS of practice and knowing the pattern you want to place them!
Wait I didn’t realize you did a full head of tapes? (Just now finishing the video) lol
Just this time! Normally I have mainly wefts with tape-ins
Q: How long will these last for you?
Thank you!
OMG Canada !!!!!!
Love you girl! Your channel is such an inspiration 🤩
Love you! Thank you for being here and adding positivity to this space!

I suggest talk about fortified shampoo for fast hair growth.
