Oklahoma has the right idea to go after the home bred players who grew up loving OU. Perhaps OU needs to be better at outreaching from the university to the community to cultivate football in Oklahoma.
Nil was brought forth by the schools and states that have an advantage. Until there is push back until it’s a serious matter to change the system, don’t expect change.
