@@VashtheStampede007 跟土地多不多少不少一点没关系，只是我们大多数人没那品味，没那层次，就拿我所在城市长沙来说，长沙在全国也能排到10来名不算差，别墅也不少，我去看了很多，打理的好的极少，荒废的更多；再拿农村来说，我们老家那里家家户户都有院子，可谁打理了，是人们都很忙吗？？呵呵，，，唠嗑闲聊或者没日没夜的打牌打麻将 时间多得很呢

基本上五十年以后花园还是会在的，续租使用权并不是难事
后续花园怎么发展得取决于政府对周边有什么样发展计划
而且本身这个花园就是一个民宿项目，经过五十年的发展估计会逐渐转变成一个乡村度假项目
