I've shed a tear just by reading the lyrics itself.
I'm not sure if it's just me, but I get the idea that the person who wrote this song is emotionally driven, that the writer's feelings haven't changed, and that this person's willingness to go to any extent to be near the person they love is depressing to say the least. Not only that, but I guess unrequited feelings and individuals settling for half-hearted togetherness to cover their loneliness are concepts that I am yet to understand.
It reminds me of The Smashing Pumpmkins :-) anyway, great tune!
