Unused items Undertale yellow

this video includes some of the unused items in undertale yellow and here's a summary if you don't want to watch the video:
1. Golden Scarf: Overpowered armor with a huge 28 defense, making most attacks do 1 damage since the game can't go lower than that.
2. Super Ammo: it says it has 14 attack, it actually deals the same damage as pebble ammo.
3. Toy Knife: does infinite damage against most monsters, except Geno Axis and Pacif Ceroba and crashes at Pacif or geno regular Martlet
