I love the hilltop location and flat space gardens with surrounding trees and pool. The only problem is the hilltop seems to be shared with one other property (house) located directly behind this hamlet. I say this because, I was expecting Danilo to tour into the larger house behind the hamlet guest rooms, and you never did, so then I realized that's a separate property right up against the back of the hamlet. It certainly makes the property less attractive, but for someone I think the garden and hilltop space will make them fall in love with it anyway! Ciao

The views from the reserved terrace from the first bedroom of the Torre apartment are so beautiful - I would be happy spending the whole day reading a favorite book or listening to some favorite music while sipping tea in the morning, aperitivo throughout the afternoon, and a robust Tuscan red in the evening. Thank you for showing the pool area in all its summer beauty. Winter offers its own beauty, but a pool begs to be surrounded by summer...

Italy is so beautiful...and the lifestyle this little hamlet community could offer would be an amazing way to live. And the price is amazingly fair, especially being so close to Florence. Romolini shows us the best that Italy has to offer, as always.

What a wonderful property! One could live in a very small community in an agricultural setting - and the view from that hill is gorgeous. The owners have done a beautiful job with the restoration - every unit is charming, its rusticity preserved in the renovation, and each unit having a different personality. wow, I was surprised it was fantastic. I felt at home like in my Tennessee hills lol. I enjoyed another walking tour Danilo. The architecture reminded me of the florida home but a little more larger and romantic. I wish we could grow olive trees here. Grazie, Ciao.

I would love to see this hamlet as a 21st century working village. Employees and business partners, creating a working community in the most beautiful environment. I have seen it done in modern tower blocks, but it would be so much nicer to do this in a hamlet on a hill with great views. Working and living in paradise. Thank you for the tour, I feel inspired!
