Guys try to take your AirPods out and put them in any other fixed airpods case that fits them , and pair them with your phone. When they’re successfully paired, you can put them back in their old case 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
this worked for me, used my sibling's case to connect the airpods to my phone worked out fine, however, my original case is still messed up and will not take charge or charge my airpods

Go the Setting > General > Transfer or reset phone > Reset > Reset Network settings and after then your iPhone will be reset automatically and after it turns on, connect with your internet then go to setting and forget your paired AirPod on Bluetooth then try connecting your AirPod again opening the AirPod case. ok I am back I logged in to my computer find my and located my AirPods and pressed on them and it said they were not located it was off I opened my air pods and it triggered the computer and I pressed on find my EarPods and it worked … I had tried everything else
Okay i got it partially fixed! If you have any other device where airpods are connected and their name doesn’t include your name(ex. Airpods Pro), try fix it by including your name. ( ex. John’s Airpods) i was able to pair my airpods with my phone by letting my phone automatically recognize my airpods through the name.
Mine was doing this all day today. Finally figured it out. Press and hold the button on case for 15 seconds. It flash at like 10 seconds but if you keep holding it, it will flash red. Then it should pop up on your phone to connect but it won’t prompt to hold the button again. It just connects. Hope this helps y’all

my light doesn't even flash white just orange no matter how many times i reset the phone open close mess with the airpods they wont connect and they are brand new . i know everything works tho because it makes the case charging noise when i pop them in it just wont connect to the phone no matter what
The way I fixed my AirPods with that same problem is I shut the case held the button down for five seconds keep holding the button and open the case and it worked
Hello! I fould a Solution. It sounds stupid but i had repeatedly hit the airpods case with the airpods inside at the port and the button side, then the light side and hit it once at the top. It suddenly started working and the white light is flashing again! I hope that helps ❤
This just worked, I’m smacked ma AirPods repeatedly at the back of the case and maybe 25 seconds I plugged the charger in and it fixed. I appreciate this 🙏🏽
My AirPod pros just got smashed on the floor today, I have managed too fixed it, After that incident it will only be able to show the blue light after I close the case like if some one has been tracking med down. Does anyone know who to fix this?
I got the same issue SOMEWHAT IRRELEVANT UPDATE: So we called up Apple and over the phone they couldn't really figure out what was wrong without us actually coming to the store for a potential repair which would have taken some time so in the end we decided to buy new ones. I wish all the best and goodluck to anyone who is still having this problem, and if you do have a solution to it please feel free to reply to this and let me know so I could maybe get my old ones fixed
Had the Same problem with Fake airpods. Just had to lift one airpods in the case just a litle bit but not completely out and turn it a litle bit while pressing the reset Button. Sounds crazy but works😂 and when you sometimes dont get the notice at the bottom of you iPhone when you Open the case just Lift one airpod again und Spin it😂

Get a new AirPods Pro 2 because I had a same problem
I brought them to apple and they fixed it
Put your airpods in another case and hold back button for 15 sec and then it should start working.
