I have been there just two months ago.
Its a really great distillery. They do amazing craft.
I liked their whisky. It tasted like it would be much older than it actually is.
But the most amazing thing there was their new make. The sell a huge variety of them.
My personal favorite was the chocolate new make. It tasted better and was more interesting to me then the whisky.
I can only advise to go there and book a tour.
I keep expecting you to start singing “it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood…”

Hey! I sent you the first Holyrood bottle a couple years ago when I came back from Scotland. It was the peat expression of the four blends they were putting out at the time. I thought it was so cool that you guys did that, and that it seems to have put you onto something really interesting. Talk about full circle. So cool to see them back on the channel and that they’re putting out their own stuff.
Excited to taste did the distillery tour and only got to try the new make.

My wife & I have been planning our Scotland itinerary for next spring. The final 4-5 days are in Edinburgh and I had totally forgotten about Hollyrood! Super close to the Total Mile too. Gonna be an epic trip, thanks!

Holyrood is awesome ❤ a couple of the Founder's are Canadian, so we've been getting some of their products for a few years (their gin is tasty, too!).
Really want to get my hands on some of this. Maybe this weekend...

Holy S***. I visit Edinburgh regularly since it's only a 4 hour drive and I love this little distillery. I've done the tour twice and visit the shop every time. I'm happy to see them here. I have this bottle but am yet to open it. I have some of their new make which I love
I need to grab myself a bottle of Holyrood. I did the distillery tour while in Edinburgh about a year before they could officially call their whisky ‘whisky’ could only try the new make but was impressed with what I tried.

I think I definitely like a bit more focus on the whiskey like in this video, the stories style was great but I enjoyed them less. This new concept seems like a great way forward, hits on what I think Daniel does best. Even if its not all these videos even a sprinkling of this 'series' idea is great.

If "Hidden Drams" is going to be a series. You might want to include that in the title and a distinctive thumbnail. It will be less work to settle on this now than it would be to update to it after you have a long backlog. Also a new playlist for the series.

Hmmmm.... if it's something everyone can get, I might add it to reviews. If it's something super rare, it might show up in craft promotion. Or we might just move it into the vault for the somm's as a research resource.... Either way...... we'd be grateful? :-)
