    I met Tone Loc maybe around 2002. I took a picture with him. No one around me knew who he was. Everyone was going crazy for the Real World personalities at the club. I was the only person talking to tone. No body even cared or knew who he was. He was just by himself at the bar.

    I remember that my youth pastor once sent all the young adults in the church a letter saying that we should not listen to music like Wild Thing by Tone-Loc because it didn't glorify God. He was later fired for embezzling the church's funds.

    I met the guy who helped produce this masterpiece yesterday. He’s an amazing guy, he showed my band around his studio and it was wild, but I’m not going to tell because you’d have to see it for yourself, it really is something special and is a once in a lifetime experience that I’m going to cherish for the rest of my life.

    I was in grade school when this was released and loved that Tonya Harding incorporated this badass track into the 3rd part of her historical triple axel winning skating programs of 1991. Moving forward when anyone goes back to rewatch those skates they’ll forever get a taste of how awesome the 90’s were 💙😎

    Man, their use of Van Halen’s Jamie’s Cryin’ still holds up as one of the most tasteful, creative, and fun samples ever. Recognizing something great and doing something a little different with it. It’s right up there with Kanye using Daft Punk.
