The segment about powerboats and the "Action!" segment got cut out of the Tubi version of the Boats episode for a reason, reducing the running time from 23 to 15 minutes. I wonder what happened. It was seen on Amazon Prime and on the DVDs. I wonder what happened. What do you think?
