Mike, presentation is awesome! Have a questions. A team been working for so long using Scrum. Say we use Story points for Stories and hours for Tasks. If i go to the team and take all the 3 story point stories and total all Task hours do it be same or falls in a range ? I personally feel it should fall in a range, as team seeing the size of the work for Story then all the stories of 3 points mostly comes in some range. Your view pls?

I have few questions here 1) How are Hours and Story points mapped. 2) How can we make people working on traditional waterfall model where a Manger provides the estimates move to Agile planning. 3) I have been practising Agile for 3 yrs but estimation is the area where I fall short to explain. It would be of great help if you could give me some insight on how to map hours to story points. Thanks in Advance.

Hello Mike, great video. I had one doubt regarding the estimates. When we do the planning poker everyone(Dev,QA,Design,DB) in the team is present. How can the estimate of a Dev be similar to that of a QA? Their tasks are different. So while estimating if we are assuming other person's effort we might be wrong. How can we mitigate this? Any suggestions?
