In this timeline just earth realm and outworld team up instead of being enemies. The only thing he prevented. But I think havik being a hidden character hints at the future games going vs other realms instead of the previous ones was earth vs out world. I think now chaos realm will be the new big bad
its becuz of shang tsung interference. the shang tsung from other timeline if that shang tsung didnt give liu kang's shang tsung the knowledge, he will stay as a fake sorcerer running around selling fake potion and thanks to that, liu kang has to send kenshi to search for shang tsung, making him lose his sight and also thanks to that evil shang tsung giving knowledge to quan chi, he created soulnado, and ended up creating ermac and also thanks to that, shang tsung's manage to make liu kang sending scorpion and sub-zero to capture him, making sub-zero betrayed scorpion thx to his offer and thanks to that happen, the evil sindel from evil shang tsung's timeline killed liu kang's sindel and becuz its an urgent matter, liu kang have no choice but to reveal the old timeline, making raiden questioned why he isnt a god anymore, and ended up trying to control the rage through scorpion. and he never actually become dark, he just trying to control the rage he have so no it wasnt suppose to happen, until evil shang tsung interference. thats the whole MK1 plot story, the interference of evil shang tsung makes the old timeline's event happening all over again
There are small variations of change taking place. Shang kind of caused things to go back from whence they came a-little. The whole Ermac situation is HELLA big. Kitana becoming a full time military is kind of big even though she led the armies in deadly alliance. She’s just not the one reigning. Tanya actually being good this time around, I mean, who saw that coming? When I saw her trailer, I instantly thought traitor. Some things will stay the same, but others will definitely have huge changes.
Lord Lui Kang also could have changed Kung Lao by replacing his ego and his pride into a wise, magnanimous person like the great kung Lao was. But most importantly, Geras has warned Lui Kang that wielding the hourglass as a keeper of time may have unforseen consequences. And lord Lui Kang also explained to Geras, the royal family of out world, Li Mei and Tanya that having a power over all of creation and trying to craft a golden balance has droved Kronika deranged and he doesn't want to repeat that the same way Kronika has. Though lord Lui Kang is and will always be a demi god, or should I say a mere demi god as lord Lui Kang mentioned that about himself, he is still a person in the flesh tied down with emotions just like most people across all the realms, especially the elder gods, titans like Kronika and titan Shang Tsung. But not Geras. Geras is eternally a tireless, meticulous, dutiful, prudent and a logical person. Though he's maybe the "fixed point in time," he's still and always will be a part of the hourglass himself. Lord Lui Kang said this himself saying, "If anyone who could ever replace me, to become a keeper of time and to protect my new era, it's Geras." Still though, I wish that Lord Lui Kang, Raiden, Nightwolf, Fujin, Kitana and Geras all together could have become the keepers of time equally and simultaneously, working together to create their new era instead of just Lui Kang's new era.
I see you're using main and kameo combination that go so well together which is very good. But i hope you could do random fighter and kameo combos in future vids, at least for the fun of it. Only a suggestion, you don't have to take it if you don't want to
