Seeing Luke riding his bike brought back happy memories of my older son, who is 48 now, used to ride his bike the same way. Everything in your home looks so Christmasy. I especially love the way your oval mirror reflects your tree. Your red nails rock.

My girls and I made a popcorn garland for our tree this year, too. It is quite time-consuming so we didn't do a huge strand but we did have enough to get around the front of the tree. I absolutely love how it looks!
Your home looks so cozy I remember stringing popcorn with my kids it was fun but it's more of a process then you think some of it falls apart or you stick your finger ouch and the kids abandon you but it does look great on the tree lol

I love Luke's sweet little voice! I use worksheetfun.com for worksheets but I haven't seen any Christmas ones on the site yet. One site that I really like is Kids Soup. You can buy a membership but a lot of the ideas/curriculum is free.
I do the same with my cinnamon rolls but I let them sit for 30 min before I bake hope that helps.

I think it is such a shame to not go out with your family to pick out your own tree, whether you cut it down from a tree farm or buy it from a lot. For us it is a very cherished tradition for both kids and adults.

I used to do a popcorn and cranberry strand for my tree for years and years. I would string 4 popcorn pieces then I fresh cranberry repeated to the length of garland I wanted. It is so colorful with the cranberry pieces. I would just use regular thread. You might want to try it one year. It would only take one bag of cranberries for the whole tree, so still very inexpensive. Your house is looking lovely and festive.

Teachers pay teachers has many free or super low cost printable things for kids Lara's age. As a homeschooler, I use them all the time and they were lifesavers when my kids were smaller. Plenty of free, but worth the money almost every time I've spent it. I do find it easier to apply the filters for grade level and free things from my home computer rather than my phone.

We homeschool, too. I love Teachers Pay Teachers! I get so many items there, and I feel good about supporting creative teachers.

It turns out great! Perfect sandwich bread.
My preschooler loves word searches too. Did you know you can easily make them on flippity.net. I make simple ones for my daughter. It’s easy.
I can't wait to try the one hour bread, it looks delicious! Bread is my weakness, I'd rather try samples of lots of breads with toppings rather than sweets, lol. The dinner looked wonderful too.
I would recommend, teacherpayteachers and search your desired topic and search the free section. Tons of good resources for all ages.

You can search by grade level, subject, holiday, type of material, and price rage. I use them a ton for my curriculum. Tons of sweet souls sharing freebies which I am so grateful for!
