There's a lot of the end stage of this show up already on other channels. If you search by date, you should find them. I focused on the episodes I'm uploading because they're harder to find at the moment (especially 2003).

I think they may have first met in 2002. I don't know how far you've watched, but the whole Lindsay/Troy story during the Mitch Laurence murder investigation is great.

I'm going to be honest, I kinda hope someone sees these 2003 episodes going up and also sees how much of the 90s is up, and starts posting 2000-2003. People have to have those episodes.
I just don’t understand how Bo & Nora went from such good friends to the awful era from 2005-2008. I know they eventually reunited, but they really made it ugly in between.

For free? No. 2003 seems to be a unicorn online. I am going to try to get the earlier episodes up as I have some, but making my start point by Walker Laurence's debut made the most sense as it was the start of a new arc.
