Wardrobes too small, no balcony/cloth hang area. One catchy thing is that the small one bedroom has an attractive rental yield. You'd rather buy than rent then earn rental income
I wish more Landlord/Ladys or property owners can be this neutral. Yellow walls, patterned coloured tiles, colour on the edges of the ceiling really sucks! This here, really helps one to plan out any theme without the need to feel you would change so much in your own house.

I was shook! to be shown by an agent houses at 60k and the standards are poorer than pipeline. honestly I was so disappointed.
