- Strap on in, because we're going to go from closed package to working watch with the SKXMod Ana-Digi Tuna Modification Kit, and a Casio G-Shock GAB2100CT-5A Wristwatch. We'll have some bumps on the way, and some missing tape, but the result is compelling, if not huge.
Your warning still rings in my ears, Nick. "Don't get into watches!"
My grails have been sold, my bank account is in pain, and my watch lust is never satiated.
Seriously though, I am much happier just playing with 3 or 4 affordable watches like this than buying pieces i am afraid to wear.
Thanks for showing us this mod.
That was a very entertaining video. I will be leaving my G-Shock as it is.
For the sake of his channel Nick assigned all his attribute points to dexterity and charisma.
I'm thinking an 8 inch wrist and 24 inch pythons might be a requirement for this one. Critical gear if you need to take out the Predator.
Good choice if you haven't been pushing too many pencils.
I’ve actually tried out a 16 mm watch. I have an almost 9 inch wrist. This is something I wouldn’t be afraid of.
Funny, found out just today that these exist. What a tempting abomination... Thanks for the timely review
Nick, waiting for some Koenig mini Arius vids. Can't wait for your opinion. Thanks for all the effort and the great vids.
tip from a hobbyist/Jackass. Pick up some Rodico from Bergeon. Not just good for cleaning out watches, also commonly used for setting hands in watches... also great for cleaning out weird nooks and crannies in other EDC tools
Tuna for the win - thanks Nick, entertaining and informative as always! 🌊
Nice video thanks for sharing, i regret i was don't buy a Seiko tuna when it was costs a todays San Martin😊
Im really excited to try this. I think my 7.5" wrist can probably handle it
Oh thank goodness I thought Nick abandoned his watch bro. We miss you big guy! lol
I thought I was having a stroke when I scrolled by that thumbnail.
Jackass nation since "75" with you all the way Nick 😂😂😂😂
this watch is a super cool. It meant to be worn and abused. Perfect tool watch.
He is onto us! I can’t believe he outed us as other jackasses!
HeeHaw. HeeHaw
So you're saying I should get into watches?
Just buy a Citizen Promaster diver 200m,solar,
Job done,, 😊
or the Seiko Arnie Or SafArnie.
Nick you should be a hand and arm model? 🤩👍
I already am?
How can Breitling ask $4k - $5k for an aerospace where there's this?
its cool but its definitely for watch nerds. for that price I'd just be getting a seiko Arnie and calling it quits. Then again I am a lazy
Why??
Probably a bit big for me but I has a look at the company website I am tempted by the Royal mods the number 5 is the ultimate Bond Villan Watch and the No 30 is straight out of Tracy Island .....Thuderbirds are GO.....
I cant imagine to wear this with my 6ish inches wrist
I'd try this with my Casioak, but I think every time I'd wear it, my cat would follow me around yowling for dinner.
Looking at the price: if the goal is to obtain a super-deep-sea diving watch (100ATM is when you’re wandering around in a weighted suit as opposed to scuba), that makes this pretty cheap, about on a par with Seiko / Citizen’s midrange divers. This is most definitely *not* a “go-anywhere-do-anything” bit of equipment, just too big for that.
Tuna Oak
Tuna in Tuna out.
an Arnie or SafArnie is cheaper, even if you mod an Arnie with a stainless steel shroud i still think it's cheaper.
Looks really sharp but that thing is way too thick…TWSS
