In most cases, the fight is already over when that happens unless you are against a healer. The only time I switch to Energetic passive is when I use Q3 (poisoned arrow) usually with Badon.

Do you ever have mana problems with any of the bows? Sometimes I feel like I need cloth sandals or at least the mana passive. Especially for longbow.
