After decades of conflicts because of the decision-making process in Auroville, the Aurovillians seem to have effected finally a breakthrough by the concept of this so called "Auroville Citizens Assembly" which may open up a new era of prosperity in harmony with the original ideal of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
I have known that Auroville Outreach Media is the official media outlet of Auroville. So why have they allowed Auroras Eye Films to post this internal project in a private channel?
There is nothing like " Citizen ".All of us are citizens of the country they belong. We have only residents in Aurovillle Many of them would not have been registered as Residents in the Residents Register. Aurovillle is administered by Government of India through a Foundation and it's officials.
Citizen's Assembly is just a name, of the original concept. And it was an experiment, which was successful, and the process was adjusted the best way possible for Auroville. Nobody could come up with a different version for the name at the time, or since, perhaps because it doesn't matter that much.
