Dude... I spent 5 minutes looking for the bug capsule thinking I must have dropped it. Great video BTW. I have like 95% of these but want to get it fully complete before I start modding (Nearly... I couldn't resist the Deagle and did get that). Your content is awesome... You've earned another subscriber for sure!

The MK18 SabreLake holds a special place in my heart. I found the one in the crate in longrun on my first playthrough, and I kept it with me throughout the rest of the game. Just before the taxi, I fully reloaded it and laid it down on the floor. A true friend.

i think you missed some because there are capsules locked behind doors with keycard readers, for example at 16:42 i used that card on a keycard reader on the outside of the spawn building and there was some parkour that gave me 2 capsules
There's ttwo ways, enable developer mode, or go to the hub and by the mirror and character selections where will be a giant screen that says info, click on inf and itll take you to a screen that says levels ad just go from there.
Just took a look there all around that room where Baseball is picked up, I don't see it there. I'm using a fresh save too. The only capsule I see after the drop and before going up the staircase is Baseball. Unless you're mistaken, I don't think there is one. What about the spear and skeleton npc & skin they exist skeleton skin is rare for some reason it has a spawn rate and for a document that has everything they have to main priority items skeleton npc and spear
@Orbb at 33:45 you can go to the statue and grab the keycard and then go over the mountain in front of the over-watch and then look for the invisible door. Go upstairs look towards the fans grab the battery go all the way up to the top plug it in the door should open. then go over to the grates and get the capsule that has the m1 grand
So, i found the avatar dice, constrainer, spawner gun, toy balloon gun, gravity plate, gravity cups, board gun, manipulator, power puncher, nimbus gun but not the other two. Do you know where those are? Or what they are? If you do reply please.
I’ve got a better way to do this in patch 6 beat the game watch a tutorial on how to get dev tools go into every lever including tac trials and parkour and spawn in the dev tools and you should get a spawn gun and download a mod called gravity somthing I forgot 😂 but use that on every level and them you get them all super fast
On halfway park there is a room that you need a key card for but you can also no clip through the door with the nimbus gun. Inside is a vent on the wall that you can't take off and there is a capsule inside it.

At descent, there's a key under the escalator (those floor ones where the nullbody pops out of the door) and there's a locked door under the escalator right after that (use the key on the door for trashbag A)

The way half of the capsules are gym related
you can actually sort of play as the skeleton by finicking the avatar cube at the start of the game but you can't switch to it later on.
yeah i got that glitch on my first playthrough. thought maybe it was normal but nope
Yesterday they updated it and put a capsule in Magma Gate to unlock the skeleton avatar! 150 capsules now.

It took me until the third level to figure out that you have to pull them apart
If you grab the mirror capsule, there should be a key card that goes underground
