You did not mention the biggest difference ie. Bulgaria is part of the EU which means that students who graduate from Bulgarian medical universities can work in any EU country without the need to take any further exams but they do need to learn the language of that particular country for example Germany is a member of EU so after graduating from Bulgarian medical university you are eligible to work as a doctor/undertake specialty training without further licensing exams although you must know german. Also as far I am aware as of now Bulgarian medical graduates can work in the UK without PLAB but this may change in the future with the upcoming UKMLA exam. Also, Bulgaria has recently become part of The Schengen zone which means after getting a residence permit for Bulgaria one can travel to other Schengen countries for a maximum period of 90 days which opens doors to explore Europe as a tourist while studying in Bulgaria via a flight or ferry because the land border still remains. Georgia on the other hand is a good country to study medicine but it is not a member of the EU/Schengen Area which is a big disadvantage when compared to Bulgaria though from what I have heard some Georgian medical universities teach according to the usmle curriculum which makes it easier to pass USMLE. My overall opinion though is that Bulgaria is a far better option than Georgia to study medicine. Another point is that you have an Indian embassy in Bulgaria while there is no Indian embassy in Georgia as of writing this. I must say however there are more cheaper flight options to India from Georgia than Bulgaria, from pleven you will have to take a bus/train to Sofia before taking a connecting flight to different parts of India via dubai/doha while tbilisi offers direct flights to some parts of India and at a cheaper fare but end of the day flight is not a big issue because most students will only be travelling once/twice a year however if you need to travel to India often then tbilisi is a better option.

1) do batumi shota Rastelvi state University has its own hospital or not
2) what is the passing % of fmge of this university and year of established
3) what should be our total budget of 6 year for it
