Thank you so much!! This was a much needed video at this time when I was so lost and confused about certain things in coding as I just can't find out from where to start again. The mistake of making notes was so relatable, I used to do the same in my first year in college and regret looking at the notebooks how much time I wasted writing things instead of coding!

@@KaushikNyaykare There is no seperate degree for web dev in India. You can take CSE/ISE though bcz its related to coding any how. But web dev , u should learn on your own.

Yes you are right , in less than 2 months colleges are finishing there 1 sem and starting off with the 2 sem . So there is no time . So basically this Road map fails for this batch students.

1st semester in almost all colleges focuses on collaboration and establishing communication skills within students, remember that these are students who have come after 12th with no prior social life, Please encourage them to live a balanced life, agar 1st semester Mein Hi DSA khatam karne ka try karenge toh they will burn out.

Not worth it yaar. I think in first year just follow as per your college syllabus (if it has cs topics in first year itself). 2nd year mein hustle maaro bas. Itna padhenge to explore kaise karenge. Vaise bhi online sem hai, koi friends vgerah zyada vaise bhi nahi hain. Aman bhai khud kehte hain ki placement ki padhai 6 months mein ho jaati hai. Top colleges se ho, bhale hee non cs/it, to fir to ye itna stress hone ka sense hee nhi hai.

@@commenterdek3241 Lol 😹 , top clg, I am in mnit jaipur chemical department, bhai konsi galat fehmi mai h ki yha stress nhi hai, placement percent is 33% , highest package is a chindi 8 lpa , avg is 6.5 lpa bhai ye glt fehmi se bahar aa jao beta, 53000 (nitians+ iiitians) + 16000 iitians + 4000 bitsian and many thousands more from good clg, bhai competition bahut bhaari hota hh'
She was placed in microsoft and still she thought she has done mistake in past 😆😆

DSA Question is must to do.
But doing CP is not necessary. You can improve your Problem solving skills just by doing questions on Leetcode. Please Don't do CP if you are not getting enough time.
Because Due to Covid, there is less holidays we are given between semesters.

U don't need to go to college to learn programming.simply start with c and c++ they give u clear picture of working of programming languages.despite they are harder than any other programming language but after learning them u can learn almost every programming language

@Priya Rai I don't think you are in an engineering college. it seems that you are still in school. And if you are in college then you should not post such comments. Because in my college there are no any vacations and also there are 5 unit tests are mandatory before 2 Pre University tests and after that, at last, we have to give our semester exams.
I personally like Aman Bhaiya and all his team members but truly this roadmap is not for me and students of college other than NSUT

I think 300-400 questions after first sem break is quite a high target rather I would suggest to solve around 100-120 questions but spend proper time in each and every question maybe 1-1.5 hrs in a single question if you not able to solve before moving to the solution. It will develop your problem solving skills
I did solve 160 till now but our 1st sem is so small its like 3-4 months only and I hardly expect to get a holiday due to covid and delay.

And that is a sufficient amount of time to get a decent rank in JEE if you study systematically. And yea Branch doesn't matter that much, which is evident from the fact that the Coordinator of PClub IITK is not of the CSE Branch.
