I really like your personality Eric. I’m just now getting through these fantastic life saving life affirming videos you put together- it been 4 years since the 2020 nightmare and I just love seeing such a great thing come out of such a bad time. I just love this channel. Thank you!
I'm viewing your 2020 videos and I love the artists and the way they work. You emphasize to stay away from the negativity, and I agree. There is a quote (don't know who coined it) that I try to live by...."If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it. " This helps me understand people and circumstances. Looking forward to more great art videos.
Jim's process and the way he communicates, it resonates with me and insprires me! I learn so much and feel my intuition affirmed when seeing his demos. This is a great video about a very intuitive, free approach to plein air painting.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my login password. I love any tips you can offer me.
@Cayson Fletcher i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I was at the Plein air live and will be at realism as well. I also have subscribed to Plein air magazine for a couple of years. Interestingly before I even watched this I shared with two friends all about Streamline artist of the day and told them to check it out. I have to say when I heard you say you were turning thus over to another group my heart sunk a little bit. As I thought about it though it might be a good thing. You are doing so much I really worry about you burning out. Like you I decided a few weeks after Covid hit, that I had to stop watching the news and stop replying on FB. and the things you are doing have literally saved me. I have five commissioned paintings to finish and until I got involved with these wonderful art moments you are offering I was having a hard time getting motivated but I’m working full speed now. Thank you Eric you are so appreciated
Just joined Dreamliner...thanks for that heads up Eric....thanks for the show...you have been a lifesaver...I was in a funk but I’m out of it now and picking my brush back up...love Jim mcvickers work and just ordered Nikolai Blokhins video, can’t wait for it

Great video, i have always wanted to see Jim paint and learn about his process, it's just a pity the quality of the picture wasnt just a tad better. It's hard to see what he's doing exactly. Cheers, Jamie
Not important, but from the 70s, it was called Fernwood Tonight. Close but no cigar. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fernwood_2_Night Love Jim's work, and his video(s?). I've only seen one. Thanks to both of you!
Wonderful to see Jim's work. The switching of the screen every time you talk to each other is super distracting. I think it would be much better to keep a steady view of Jim and just have audio ,not switching the screen so much.
I donot know how people do paintings 9 x12 neither do i kmow how people do plain air paintings, i dont feel comfident enough to have people seeing me. I notice there doesnt seem to be many female plain air.
My favorite artist. Thank you so much for this video.
Jimi is making a magic by dancing his brushes on canvas. Loving his painting!
Wow! What a great beginning to a landscape. What a pro, talking while painting is so difficult but Jim pulled it off! Beautiful job, Jim! ❤
Mcvicker is a landscape legend.

Yup I'm 82 yrs young. Not that I haven't used a word or to myself, lol.
I talk to myself when I paint too, but I have to tell myself to shut up a lot. Lol
Jim doesn’t teach in person?.....
