      Thanks Serdar. I am definitely make a mess with thickened epoxy.
      And thank you for the tip on the narrow belt sander, it is now my most important tool.

    I had to cut a notch out of my transom. I knew it, it was on the plans, but it just pained me to do it. Those stringers gave me the same anxiety!

    I follow your project with great admiration, but I think that cutting the stringers is not a correct process. Anyway, I'm very excited about your work😊

    6:40 what of that frame you are using as a counter weight?

      I tied the rope to a heavy shelf off screen. This was not a well thought out plan.
