Is the pink strap getting duty easier? The price is way too much now. You are lucky.
I would think that the pink strap would get dirtier more easily than the green one would. fortunately, mine is still fairly clean. :)

I had the same problem at the beginning. I just checked the strap, I have this for more than a year now.. still looks good! I also like to switch it up with the off brand gold chain and leather strap I bought so I dont really use the pink strap often. :) hope this helps!
