Men dominate the coaching world, being the vast majority in men's football, but also the majority in the women's game too. I'd absolutely love to see more successful female coaches out there.
Losing Emma Hayes is a disaster that could have been avoided as our useless sporting directors dithered so long that the offer from the USA beat them to it, now under Clearlake they have destroyed the mens team and Emma is clever enough to know its a matter of time before they start meddling in the womans game, she is CHELSEA legend to the full.
