Dry grip is good, I didn't find any issues. Wet grip is something that needs to be ridden & tested. Overall, the tires are good enough for the 40ps power it produces
Bro, you are comparing two bikes of different leagues. Twin cylinder vs. single cylinder. I would recommend a twin cylinder bike over a single cylinder bike any day, but if you are looking for single cylinder then Guerrilla is a good option 🤘
Heating issues, ella bro, I was riding the bike for more than 40 minutes thru traffic n open roads. Vibrations- Yes... but not to a very irritating level.

I don’t feel any refinement in triumph 400 actually when we pull engine feel very strained so I cancel it’s booking
