Yes, I finally found someone who has the same length as me. Most times when I watch vids I can't relate with the style because their hair is much longer. But I like your vids. I like that your styles are quick and easy without twistouts.

See this is doable! I looked at so many videos where it seems like forever just to get a curl! They wash it, use 10 products, define with a brush, sit under the dryer for an hour...I’m like “I can’t go natural” but then I found you...you inspired me, I think I can do it! Thanks!

Yes! I’m like, a month away from having this length hair. This is the perfect, no fuss, low maintenance wash n go for myself. I’ll have to make do with my discount blow dryer, lol, but it’s all good.

I really loved your video. Your tutorial was short, sweet and simple. You used very few products and overall the process was simple. A lot of other videos are almost a full on production with a full product line which can be a turnoff from the DIY process. This was my first time doing a wash n go myself so my hair didn't come out quite like yours or the way I wanted. But, I glad I finally did it seeing how the process is pretty simple and I will be doing more wash n gos down the line. The only thing I wish to share with you in regards to the products, the Shea Moisture Curling Gel Souffle which I used was not good. It was very lumpy and jelly like Jello. After reading some reviews, apparently the chemistry and consistency has changed and a lot users said it's not the same as it once was. I don't know how old this video is. I just wanted to make you aware. Overall, it was an excellent tutorial. Thank you!

I like it! Your hair is getting longer and longer and healthy. I wish I could do again a wash and go but its so time consuming (it takes so long) and drying process too long too. I like it but it lives my hair super dry.

Also, I have a scalp condition where I need to wash it everyday, but I can't because of my stupid ass hair.

First, I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling. Learning natural hair certainly doesn’t happen overnight. However I will say, if you’re doctor is recommending daily cleansing because of a medical condition, I would do so.
I know TH-cam gives the impression that there’s a bunch of ‘rules’ to follow, but there’s really not. It’s your hair and your life.
      Most routines I know
consist of shampoo, condition, then style. Do you have a routine? If you do then which part is a struggle?

    • @terenarosa4790

So do I. The cleaner my hair gets, the tighter it shrinks and conditioner isn’t enough to weigh it down and detangle quickly.
Before shampooing or cowashing, I always detangle and twist my hair with diluted apple cider vinegar. 1 part ACV and 4-5 parts water. I usually have about 8-10 loose chunky twists.
When I shampoo in twists, my hair isn’t able to shrink all the way up. As soon as a rinse the shampoo, I apply my conditioner, then untwist and run the brush through once more.
Rinse, make 4 large chunky twists, then style my hair when I’m ready.
