im interesting in learning the 'my accounts' tab - does this direct cases directly to the owner of that account? and if the owner has full capacity would it sit waiting to be seen to or go to the next available person ?
wondering... if im running a Solar business that is mainly Business to Customer would It be best to just use opportunities and save accounts for actual business relationships?
@@NickBoardman ok. So basically in our scenario those get created and then everything happens in opportunity. We are using it for Project management more than sales. The sales team is in an industry standard sales platform. This is more Operations. Thx for the clarification.

Hey Paul, you require both an account and a contact to create an opportunity
