How in the world you made so many starkly different patterns work together on one card is beyond me, but you did. I’m drawn more to the neutrals palette too. 😊 What I’m most impressed with in this video though is your sketchbook! Great tips on lining up alphabet dies Natalie! I always struggle to get them straight! Even worse for me are the silicone/photopolymer stamps, even when I use a T-square, ruler or anything else to 'butt' them up against, they stick to whatever I am using and I give up . . . any tips would be amazing. I go for pastels more or bright colors. Not much into darker colors. Thanks for the ideas, I think my brain is going to pop one of these days. I had to put off some of my crafting as my son and family is visiting and I have to be careful not to have stacks of things all over. I'm helping my 5 y/o granddaughter make a blanket (quilt) for her stuffed cheetah. I couldn't believe it when on her own she decided one end (of the front) is for night and the other for day!

I’ll weigh in on the side of the neutrals as well; that brown makes the card for me. I don’t care for patterned paper very much with the teeny all over patterns on it, but you certainly made them look lovely in these 2 examples. And, I, too, really like the sketch book with layouts in it! I do one myself, but it certainly isn’t as attractive as your sketches! My card blanks are nowhere as uniform and my “straight” lines clearly are drunk … it was educational to see what the idea was and then how you executed it. TFS.

I love contrast so the more neutral card appeals to be both (even though I love blues over brown), you sure made all these patterns work without creating clutter; I love the designs that you’ve created. I like both cards, perhaps the stronger colors a bit better than the pastels. I love your book with the sketches, I think I need to start that too. It’s a very helpful tool! I have a question about Nuvo drops. I have a few colors, and being inspired by you using the white ( a few days ago), I dug up my white. They are not really flowing, I had the bottle warmed up a bit but didn’t help enough. Do you have a tip for me what I can do to “rescue” my Nuvo drops? Thanks for sharing so many ideas👍
