Dimash wrote the music for this song when he was 19, but the words are from a Qazac poet. The whistle note is indeed a D8, beyond the upper end of the piano keyboard. Truly remarkable. Thanks for your reactions, some of the better ones in my opinion.

@@kriknut1 I've seen in about 8 or10 different places that he was 19 when he wrote it. It was released in 2015 when Dimash was 21, but it makes little difference now exactly when it was written or released. It's been here for a considerable time, and it's lovely, and only our own egos give a damn about when it was written, which we cannot be certain of. It might be significant for financial reasons if questions of copyright arose, but of little importance to anyone for any other reason. Let us not argue about such things.

The reason I pointed it out was because I recently saw an interview (I'm not sure, but I think it was at the TV interview just before the Arnau Concert) were he said he was 17. But again, -it doesn't matter.

He sang this on The Singer 2017 and had someone come in and translate the 2nd verse and chorus in mandarin.
He sang this as a duet with popular taiwanese singer Terry Lin or Papa Lin at Jackie Chan's festival gala. Papa lin also competed on the singer 2017 and he treated dimash like his own son.
That was a D8, almost ultrasound, in the dolphins area. The highest note ever reached LIVE , Iin a concert, by a human being.

People say that the videos on his channel Dimash Kudaibergen don't get any strikes. For Daybreak don't use the Bastau version, use the story and performance with subtitles on the channel Gloria Wu. It is the only place to understand the reason for the song and the problem Dimash had the day of the performance. It also shows his family and the phone call from the author of the song.
