I used ElevenLabs for it, it’s not free. As for the videos that aren't in the game - it’s mostly mods (I added the list of them to the video description) + video edit sometimes.

If I understood this right, I may have a theory as to why Ancuent Magic didn't play a role in here. Most Ancient Magic, canonically speaking, we take from sites the Keepers used to control it. Therefore, we use what they left behind. We don't really start to develop our own ways of using it, perhaps only instinctively with throwing objects from the environment.(Like Charles Rookwood said, the swirls we collect from the sites help us enhance and improve our magic, not create our own moves). I feel like the next game may have us master and create our own forms of Ancient Magic. But, then again, this is my take, I could be wrong.
First, I got the MC to the highest part of the owlery on a broom (where it was possible to dismount), then used the Animation Mods Menu to enter coordinates with a very high Z value.
I really doubt it, even if we get DLC. Well, healing Anne - maybe (but chances are still meagre), but giving Ominis his sight - nah. That would not be plausible, even for a fairytale. I just wanted this to happen at least in a fanvideo:) And besides, I didn’t like that MC helps every random person in the game but barely does anything for their friends. Like, even if you side with Ominis, you can’t do anything to stop Sebastian. Or like when MC promised Sebastian to talk to the Keepers about Anne - and forgot about it immediately. Alright, first, saving the world was more of a priority. But why not investigate if ancient magic can heal dark curses later, even without Keepers? Rackham didn’t have teachers as well. Ancient magic is unpredictable and complicated, all right, we get it. But we saw that it can be really beneficial, like when they saved Feldcroft from drought. Isadora chose not the best way to use it, but guns don’t kill, people do, it’s not the reason to put a taboo on ancient magic altogether. The pain is supposed to be a part of human beings? Sure, but not the pain that is caused by dark curses.
Ohh okay. I haven’t finished the game yet, so that’s why I was asking. How were you able to show Ominis getting his eyesight back if it wasn’t part of the game?
Oh, I'm sorry, it must be horrible to watch a fake happy ending first and then get how the game really ended…Many shots in this video weren't in the game, not only with Ominis' sight. Moreover, the second half of the video differs from how it ended in the game. I used mods (the list of them is in the description), video edits and AI voices to do it. When Ominis gets his eyesight back - I recorded the Graphorn cutscene with blind Ominis (I used the mod that replaces MC's face with Ominis' + two mods to make his eyes blind), then recorded the second version with pupils (just removed the blind eyes mod) and then overlapped these two videos in the video editor.
There are no mods that would allow you to change the game storyline so that you can just play through it. But of course mods are a powerful tool enabling you to TELL any story you'd like. The list of mods that I used is in the video description. I filmed every shot as separate videos (sometimes a bit like actual film-making, when I brought the characters to the necessary locations and then, with mods or just the game resources, tried to make them do what I wanted to record it), then combined all these shots in a video editor so that together they tell the story I wanted to tell, sometimes edited some of them manually frame by frame to make them fit better. I also generated the voice lines that weren't in the game using AI (ElevenLabs in this case).
It’s the Ravenclaw house quest, the one that introduces Richard Jackdaw if you play as a Ravenclaw. There wasn’t Ominis in that cutscene in the game tho.
If anyone would like to write a fanfic based on this video, I would love to read it, whether it is romantic or not. However, I would have changed several details if I had written this story as fanfic. For example, Ominis' reaction to the ability to see would be obviously MUCH more complex than here. I was just limited by the game/mods resources.
This video was so cool until you cured Ominis of his blindness... Why do people always try to erase disabilities? I'm disabled myself and found it sad when you "fixed" him. You just took away a big part of who he is. A part of his identity. Please stop erasing us disabled people.
I agree with you. I'm disabled myself, have a chronic disease, spend a lot of time staying in hospitals and have had a lot of surgeries. I made this video while recovering after another emergency major surgery. Another flare-up that almost killed me. Again. I guess I needed a fairy tail where everyone could be happy. At least in the fantasy world. Not the best way to cope with it, I admit. I love Ominis blind, and I definitely wouldn't want him to be "fixed" in the game.
