Instead of Margrave showing up to save the baby, Haruto agrees with Flay's request and uses barrier magic to impregnate the Wolfwoman (use your imagination). To make it less creepy, let us say Flay was impregnated by herself and Haruto simply used his magic to turn some of her eggs into sperm (her own sperm which fuses with her own eggs) so such could happen. The wolfwoman is very excited with being pregnant by the "Demon Lord" and proceeds to produce tons of milk that she gladly feeds the baby.
9 years have passed and Haruto is gladly under the care of Flay as his adoptive mother and their daughter, Charlotte (a readhead wolfgirl variation of Charlotte the human). Natalia who was Charlotte's mother in this version is instead the maid or caretaker brought into the family by Flay to help raise Charlotte and Haruto.
Flay with help of Haruto was able to subdue the entire Kingdom Haruto was born into to become its new Queen, but she insists of being the ruler on behalf of her adoptive son Haruto who is the actual ruler. So Flay is more like the Adoptive Queen Mother who rules on behalf of her son, who she plans on marrying at some point in the future. So it is very much a Milf-Shota anime with stepmom wolfwoman vibe as well as a little stepsister wolfgirl vibe also going on. Gizelotte, the boy's biological mother is also a caretaker but is more an unwilling slave rather than a willing one that happened to Natalia and Marianne with Marianne (the older half-sister of Flay) adopted by Flay in order to give her two children an older sibling to play with.
Laius would also exist, but he would be the child of Flay and Gizelotte in order to punish Gizelotte in a suitable way Flay would approve of, since Flay is a complete pervert and likes to rape others. Yep, Laius is the child of a futa wolfwoman.
But anyways, this would make it hard to keep the story a non-hentai, but I feel it would make the story better in regards to the initial premise of it pertaining to a degenerate, otherwise it is too much of a copy of Rudeus's story. I guess a blend of Final Fantasy XVI or Shield Hero and Mushoku Tensei.
This story takes that premise and pushes and Overlord and Redo of Healer inclusion into it but with somes suitable distinctions.
1) Haruto (who is called Reinhardt) can never grow older. So he is permanently stuck as a baby and can only be sustained by Breast Milk, which Flay the adoptive mother is always willing to give with perhaps too much interest in it similar to Albedo if she could breastfeed Ainz.
2) Flay is an unusual character as she is a Demon wolfwoman who conquered the kingdom. She is feared by everyone outside of the Kingdom, respected by everyone in her kingdom, loved by everyone who of the Royal Court and Palace, and despised by Gizelotte who she frequently rapes just for the fun of it. She doesn't really grow or develop as a character, except in taking her son's care more seriously but is still too much of a pervert in breastfeeding him for that part of her to ever change.
3) Gizelotte is the evil antagonist, but she is in little position to do much of anything. She cannot run away from her duties as a slave due to the slave color on her neck, but she does act behind the backs of the Royal Family (Basically just main characters) to do all sort of hijinks, which only result in her getting punished by Flay in equally sadistic and perverse ways. She does over time grow to regret abandoning Haruto and become less prideful, but that occurs rather late in the story and it is through that progression that not only does she finally open up to Haruto as her son, but he finally grows out of being a baby to being a young man.
