What a wonderful surprise, I'm glad to see you again. Your health is the most important thing in your life and if you don't feel good enough to do something on social media, it's absolutely fine. Nobody should blame you for that decision. Do what feels right for you and for your family, that's all that matters. It's nice to hear that you are fine now, after all the problems, it's very important to talk about these difficult topics in a good responsible way. It's an issue for many people around the world, unfortunately depressions are still not so often a topic on media platforms, still a kind of taboo in our society. Nice to hear that find a new place to live. Thanks for sharing this video, have a nice week. Stay safe and take care 🍀
I had been wondering why you hadn't posted for a while, glad you've managed to address your issues and welcome back!🙂 It was uplifting itself seeing you back infront of the camera again! All the best.
Moving from south to north Germany was difficult for me. The weather here is not so different, but the days are much darker. I just fly a lot to south Europe in the winter, that is what helps me.
No, you are certainly not a alone when it comes to winter depressions. Far from it. Personally, I don't mind the cold weather but the dark days get to me as well. Since I grew up in Austria, I learned to deal with it. The thought that the days are getting longer after christmas kept me sane more than one year. It doesn't make the depression go away, of course, but watching the days grew longer eventually gives me some comfort when I don't have any energy.
Good to see you again and looking forward to your next uploads. I don't have a winter depression, more a general depression, and I know the feeling how things can pile up to the point where you are not functional anymore. I love how you guys figured it out and took some action to get you in a better state.
Welcome back. I think it's good that you talk so openly about everything. It is completely normal that a person is sometimes depressed for one reason or another. You did just right with your husband. Talk about it openly and then look for a solution together. Just do what is good for you and have a good time.with best wishes,Kelsea
Depressionen sind was schwieriges zu erklären. Aber da ich da selbst mit zu tun habe kann ich dich da voll verstehen und schön zu hören das es jetzt wieder besser ist
Hi, there is a good reason many germans take their hollidays in winter and travel into the sun. By the way, it is not so much the cold, it is the lack of light and sun. A real cold winter with snow is nice, if you have blue sky and 8 hours of sun. But winter depression is real, not only for you. On the other hand, it is the prize we pay for the long hours of sunshine we have in summer. A few years ago, one night we were sitting in the garden close to midnight having a barbecue. It was still not totally black in the west, but if you watched carefully, the sky in the east already got lighter. So, there is hope.
Thank you for posting again ..I will.watch ur videos even of u dont talk in them 🤗 just love seeing ur beautiful face .... I hope ur hubby doesnt read my comments 🙈
OMG this was such a hard past couple months for me as well and I struggled with content creation. We can always take breaks and I love that you're being transparent and honest. Definitely makes people feel less alone!
Schön das Du wieder da bist. Hoffe es geht Dir gut. Es gibt so viele Menschen in Deutschland die Winterdepressionen haben. Manche gehen sogar zum Arzt deswegen.
Welcome back ! There is nothing more important then your health, it`s better an end with terror, than terror without an end. I quit a job when i thought there is no joy to work.
Glad to see you're back! I grew up and lived in Chicago for 30+ years, before going to Germany. Yes, those German winters are drab and gloomy. Germans complain when the temperature gets down to 25º F (minus 3º C). Cold is cold and I don't like it, but that didn't bother me as much. I wish you good luck!
I can understand that people who are not used to german or scandinavian winters it can hit them quite hard. For me it's the other way around, visited a friend of mine living in sa for three weeks and it was so hot and sunny all the time in december. After two weeks there I was having enough and missing the cold, dark and windy days. Those hot countries are just not for me haha
I always associated you with the Pacific Northwest. The weather there shouldn't be very different in winter. Or am I wrong? 🤔 The main thing is that you feel better. Your hairstyle at least shows joie de vivre. VERY pretty.
Good that you're back. Winter depression is a massive cause for lots of problems here. Yes, I totally get and relate to it. As a chronic depressive I have massive problems in Germany's winters myself, even though I was born and raised here. No judgement at all. California with its more southern, sunnier climate even during winter surely helps a lot. Don't pretend and put on your 'happy mask', it doesn't help you at all. You only suppress the emotions which builds up the problem to such proportions that you can't handle it anymore at some point in the future. Be honest about your emotions. People who can't relate to that and judge you for it should either shut up or get out of your life. I have found that a) a daylight lamp and b) vitamin D supplements do help a lot if you stay in Germany. All the very best for you. Don't force yourself in front of a camera if you don't feel like it. YOU are more important than dumb views and clicks, ok?
Wow thanks so much for this comment. You’re so sweet! I appreciate to hear this from you :) and I do have a daylight lamp and I take vitamin d! Definitely helps :)
I've been depressed all my life. Being depressed is my home. I feel that life exists by eating itself. So-called human beings are a horror, an abyss of cruelty. My comrade is Tchaikovsky's gloomiest music.
I knew it. I was going to move to Germany. Free College. Better healthcare. I heard other people would get depressed in Germany due to the weather. They thought I was nuts. I have a nice 2008 home with a solar roof in Joshua Tree CA. And I am happy there because of the awesome weather. I grew up in Glenview ILL for many years. I get depressed here near Chicago due to the cold winters and bad weather. I wanted to go to Germany to find LOVE. I'm 54 and never ever get a date with anyone. I have very mild cerebral palsy so I think that's why I'm stuck living the single life even though I can be the best boyfriend or husband.
Hi Neeva. I'm sorry to tell you that, but the april is a bitch in germany. We say "Der April weiss nicht was er will", which means "the april doesn't know what he wants". so you can get everything the next time...but after that you finally got spring :)
You return to Germany at a time when nobody knows if the war in Ukraine will widen to other countrtes. It cannot be excluded that Russia's power-hungry dictator will attack other neighbouring states, maybe even Germany. You are pretty courageous. Let's hope for the best.
What a wonderful surprise, I'm glad to see you again.

Hallo, schön das du wieder zurück bist, du hast hier gefehlt und ich freue mich sehr auf neue Videos von Dir.☺️
Danke!!!!! :))))))
Moving from south to north Germany was difficult for me. The weather here is not so different, but the days are much darker. I just fly a lot to south Europe in the winter, that is what helps me.

Nice to have you back and looking so well. The break must have done you the world of good.
Thank you so much :)
Great video. Hope you find your way. And by the way I love your haircut. fits you great👍👍👍😍
If the German winter gives you depression, take a vacation in Finland. Afterwards, the German winter will seem like a relief to you. 😉
😂😂😂😂

You’re totally right! It’s definitely about the lack of sunlight - it’s hard! Thanks for the comment :)
@@neevabee_ I made a confusing mistake. It should have read "in the east". I corrected it.

I hope you find something you can take joy in. Many people suffer depression. ☺
Seasonal depression, and just depression in general suck. It feels isolating. People tell you to reach out to people, but you don't feel like you can
