After completing the home office setup in our bedroom, we decided to do an extreme makeover of the rest of the bedroom using bohemian inspired design. We wanted to keep this renter friendly, budget friendly and very high on visual aesthetics. To achieve this, we put together a wide variety of DIY elements including a hexagon wall shelf, upcycled wall lamps, Decoupaged Terrazzo Ikea side tables and an overhaul of the soft furnishings, Nordic wall art, etc. Extremely delighted to share with you all the process and the outcome. I have seen many makeover videos and have seen most of them adding in store brought elements, but never seen someone do so many diys and save money. Also gives the benefit of adoring something made with hands. Truly amazing and inspiring.
Quick tip if you didn't know - you could slightly heat up an old knife and then cut out the plastic for those lamps, it will come more cleaner and would be easier to do.

You had me at your sketch Anusha. Such a brilliant way of doing it like we used to previously because we all aren't designers 😂😂 loved that. The jute lamp uffff!!!!
