I’ve been arrested multiple times unlawfully.
I spent 13+ years in prisons across Florida from the age of 17 years old and I got released when I was almost 31 years old and I’ve learned that the crooked police can violate your constitutional rights if they want because they know they will never face consequences for their crimes

I have no respect for the crooked police.
I use to buy stolen guns and seized drugs right from the evidence room.
And I was aloud to walk through the evidence room and pick what I wanted no matter what it was.
      Stolen guns
      Stolen drugs
      And stolen jewelry
      And even a couple cars.

I think it's great when officers build a case for the citizen. It makes a law suit so much easier when cops admit to violating a citizen's Constitutional Rights. The only sad part, the cops, protected by Qualified Immunity, won't have to pay a dime. Do away with QI and this behavior will stop within a week. Then Americans might have a police force again and not idiot thugs.

When I saw QI I though of IQ but then I haven't seen any cops on these videos with a high IQ. Remove QI, mandate insurance that they must pay out of their own pockets and have a civilian review board that the police can't veto. All shootings much be justified, drawing of your firearms justified, use of mace/pepper spray and a taser justified. Use of physical force to name just a few. If they are unable to give a satisfactory reason for the use of arms and or force they loose their job and benefits and subject to criminal and civil prosecution. In my opinion

I am entitled to my opinion, I did not present it as fact. Your comment on the other hand has some factual errors, which does not mean you are a liar it just means you have some wrong information.
For example, Rep. Karen Bass is the author of the George Floyd Justice Policing Act not Frmr Vice President Biden. Additionally, it has not been passed.
Frmr President Trump’s Police Reform Executive Order in June 2020 went further than anything proposed by the Democrats and when it was proposed Frmr Vice President Biden and his party were against it, but once in power copied and pasted and took some of the teeth out of it.
The original post stated facts that have been proven across the country time and time again by we the people recording interactions with the police and posting for all to see.
Lastly, we agree that Qualified Immunity needs to be drastically reviewed by the courts. Honestly, what bothers me more than anything, including how grossly these cops violated his rights, is how aware he is that his wife/girlfriend/friend/sister (whoever that is) can make this situation so much worse simply by trying to find out what's going on and ask why he's being arrested. The fact that citizens, especially black citizens, are hyper aware that asking the police a question often leads to additional charges, additional people being illegally arrested, or even violence ties a knot in my stomach.

When are cops going to learn that simply not providing your name or info in itself does not constitute as failure to ID. Failure to ID applies only if an individual supplies a false or fictitious name while being LAWFULLY ARRESTED. My sister is a retired cop of 27 years and she what she told me blew my mind. As she went through the academy, constitutional rights were not even taught. She explained to me that she had to learn it on her on, as did many many other leos had to do. I think one of the biggest problems is that cops like these won't even see this as an educational or learning moment, they will only continue wreak havoc and abuse citizens.

Neither in this situation. He was not suspected of a crime, because the information from the plaintiff articulated there was no threat made or gun showed only made aware of. So without a crime to go off of, the police are not allowed to require your identification. Being that twice the plaintiff said there was no threat made, there is no crime to investigate so no Id is required. It’s just a charge now to get back at him for not doing exactly what they said.
And it’s a misdemeanor in a situation where you are suspected of a crime. A felony if you have a warrant and refuse.

Are these cops that stupid or do they just don't care because they know they get away with it? So sick of it. Over Memorial day weekend my neighbor's son was arrested and I stepped outside and told him to remember he didn't have to answer a questions. The one cop didn't like that and told me to go inside. I told him I was a free woman living in a free country and he didn't have any authority over me. So then I'm threatened with being arrested for obstruction. One of their favorite go-tos. Ok , make sure you have a warrant before stepping on my tutelage. Had it not been a holiday weekend I would have let them arrest me, but didn't really want to spend the weekend in jail until Tuesday because I have a dog and missed my opportunity to video the encounter. (That won't happen again.) He tried to speak to me when I went to retrieve my mail and I just told him I was interested in speaking to a cop who wanted to arrest me on a trumped up charge. Someone with the knowledge on how to organize a movement to get these behaviors brought to the forefront and stopped needs to put it out there. Auditors have a lot of followers who also believe police are just out of control. I'm sure they would join the fight. Knowing g your rights just isn't enough. People are still being violated. Natural Law - our inherent rights given by the Creator - are evident and if written by mankind, redundant. The main point of Natural Law is ’No person can give away authority to any other person because every single person is completely responsible for their own direct actions’. It doesn’t matter if 5 million people sign a piece of paper as fancy and official as they want no one has the authority to endow authority to another. It’s like saying, “I’m giving away my karma.” Somebody who hires somebody to commit murder is still guilty of murder. So if we fool ourselves into believing any human can be responsible for our personal freedoms, actions, decisions, then we have given away all our power while still fully responsible for all outcome. And of course, a Council is practical for small disputes and guidance with the wisdom of past lessons learned.
All this to say if this was taught in schools and homes by all humankind, the freedom and the responsibility given to each individual would be an incredible step forward in enriching all lives, human and otherwise. We could spend our energy on solving the problems of the helpless and troublemakers and such without losing our freedoms, or paying income tax, etc., yet pursuing happiness, personal goals and more.
I state this solely for the purpose of educating the populace of how the world actually works and anything outside this will always exact a price.

That's EXACTLY what U.S. Government created, the ONLY tally government never record is the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS PAID IN SETTLEMENTS NATIONWIDE TO POLICE VICTIMS WHILE MAJORITY IMBECILE MONSTERS/PIGS keep getting away with all kinds of violations WITH IMPUNITY🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

They didnt even ask for his CCP so they literally robbed him of his rightful firearm, which is a felony to do lmao. They never told him what he was being charged with, then still read him his rights. Also notice how the cop behind flanked him, that is illegal under all states, every suspect has to have the right or ability to flee. They are FUCKED! The man may have voted for trump, but hes no fool and baited those cops into a nice ole lawsuit.
The main cop literally lied to the others, that in itself throws everything out the window lmao. He said the guy was moving, he literally wasnt moving and if thats a reason to detain someone, you need to be a janitor because youre to scared to be a cop. Remember, these people couldnt make it through basic training and thats how they ended up as cops...They are literally hiring high school drop out because no one wants to be a cop, not because cops are bad but the entire system is gang motivated and no one wants to be associated with gangs.

Simple and plain! If your black you can't possess a firearm even if you're legally licensed to carry it. And the only reason he's not dead is because of the witnesses. The Asian cop basically wants to put hands on him because I want to see what you will do! 🤔

They keep saying he is not cooperating when he had a 5th amendment not to cooperate and they already Mirandized him
(Even though the entire detainment is illegal already… since they have ackowldedge there was bo crime and therefore they are not even investigating a crime)

If Biden's approval rating (~29%) doesn't tell you all you need to know, then you are blind to the real political climate in America right now!! It's pretty funny when a president's approval rating (in less than a year) is lower than his predecessor's (Trump) ever was, within four years. Let's Go Brandon!!

While I fully agree with LGB, this happens u dear EVERY administration. Nothing happening in DC has any impact on the local Gestapo. Only successful lawsuits, state by state repeal of QI and local elections will change local law enforcement.

    Was that Chris Rock? Haha!
This is sickening to watch. These officer's behaviors are beyond belief.
The young man did a great job remaing calm and stating his rights.
I can't wait to hear the outcome of this case.
I read comments all the time about law suits and settlements being paid from tax dollars, this is true.
The logical way to think about this is we pay these officer's salaries (and pay for their misconduct) with tax dollars, so we should pay settlements with tax dollars as well.
I don't like it either but that's reality. Until something changes this is the way it is.

I feel like those cops ultimate goal was to have that man permanently disarmed. They know that all they have to do is have him tried and convicted of any pretty crime that carries a sentencing range of atleast one year or more and his gun rights will be taken away for a while.

No more qualified immunity and make these depts carry their own E/O Insurance...its the Citizens that have to pay these lawsuits...so why would the cops care?
