    I have just placed an order on the 25 of Jan with Wood to Works I have yet to receive it but I am impressed with their pricing it will be nice to be able to know my final cost when I place an order . when I order from the states I never know what I will be charged for handling fees . I am looking forward to seeing your next video .

      @@HovingtonInstruments 2 torified guitar tops ,one black walnut back , a quilted maple back and side set and a bunch of fret wire and a flame maple fret board should keep me busy for a bit

      Also note, I personally had a little hiccup with one of my orders, and the customer service and response is fantastic. They apologized for the error and sent my products on rapid delivery, as well they gave me a store code credit for future purchases. I say I don't see good service like that much these days.

      @HovingtonInstruments  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Epoxy has a better bond on carbon fibre.. thanks for watching Walter!

    So why carbon and a truss rod?

    • @HovingtonInstruments
      @HovingtonInstruments  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I was planning using only the 2 carbon fibre but I’ve heard people saying that even with the two carbon fibre you can still move the neck with the rod.. I’m making some experiment.. I personally don’t think it can move but we’ll see.

      @@HovingtonInstruments First of all, thank you for all the nice videos! They're a treat to watch. And I was wondering just the same about carbon + truss rod. It'll be interesting to see what will happen.

      @HovingtonInstruments  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jens Anderson thanks Jen, I’ll try my best to show my findings. In my opinion, if there is any movement, it would be minimal at best.. but once again.. I can be wrong.
