슈를 캬라멜로 코팅해서 바삭함을 유지하게 만드는 방법은 들어보기만 하고 하는 집은 진짜 몇 곳 못봤는데... 대박이네요..... 진짜 가보고 싶어져요. 크림도 식물성 안쓰고 단가 높은 이즈니쓰시네요...
제 친구가 근무했던 곳인데 진짜 존맛입니다. 이거 살짝 얼렸다 먹으면 아이스크림 먹는것 같아요 슈 말고도 크루아상도 맛있어요 지금도 판매하는지는 모르겠는데 복숭아 올린거 진짜 맛있었는데.. 본점가시면 밀푀유 지금도 판매하시나요 그것도 존맛인데
다른곳 파티쉐로 일하고 있어서, 여기 오너쉐프님께 제과수업을 들은적이 있는데요. 욕심도 굉장하시고 자부심도 남다르세요. 진짜 깊이가 다른 디저트는 확실했어요. 여기에 파는 밀푀유나 파이종류도 맛있는데 플레이트 디저트도 진짜 유명해요!!
