The Indian food you get outside of India is always watered down version because non Indians usually can't handle the spices and yet foreigners still say it's spicy so I'm guessing you are coming from that perspective where you might've had Indian food outside India and thinks it's not that spicy. But if you try Indian food in India, you'll definitely not be saying that. Especially North East Indian foods where ghosts peppers are quite commonly used on a daily basis. If you are a non Indian person, next time you go to an Indian restaurant ask them to make it the way they would normally make it in India. If you enjoy spicy food, you'll like it I'm sure.
Momo is the traditional food of Indian State Sikkim which used to be different Kingdom before. So Momo is our traditional food wherever is the origin but it's our traditional food. Indian started to like this food from Sikkim and Nepal. Later on they came to about the similarity with Chinese dumplings and started to say indo - Chinese food but it's traditional food of own Indian state Sikkim, and parts of Darjeeling and Kalimpong. And it's traditional food of Tibetan in Himachal, Arunachal and Ladakh too. So they have to say Indian food but bidesi food bana diya momo ko.

Ghar pe cook karo indian food and jamkar khao. Like biriyani or polao as a main dish with butter chicken or chicken tikka masala and some side dishes like raita, papad, dal. ❤
Guyssssss, biting the Pani Puri is illegal🥲🥲🥲 it should be eaten in one shot whole thing in your mouth, that's when you experience all the flavours burst in your mouth!!! But I'm glad you guys enjoyed the food🙌❤️
Oh, Shabash Revital! These dishes look delicious. The Indian taco concept is so creative! I love pani puri, pav bhaji, channa masala, channa bhatura, chicken curry, lentil dal, pani puri, and more. But i think what made me smile was ...i was mentally urging them to put the entire oani puri inside their mouth, in one go otherwise it will just shatter...the outer shell, but they seemed to manage to eat half, which i thought was unusual...even i could never eat just half a golgappa/ pani puri
