I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this video! We have some very overgrown plants (rhodi's, lol) in front of our house that are out of control. I thought that we'd need to completely remove them. With a little research, and thankfully we have time before we sell our house, hopefully we can get them looking better. Thanks so much!
Awesome video! The video is very informative! She asks great questions! I do wish that when he demostrates the cutting in close-up view, the cameraman would get a little closer and the demonstrater would slow down a bit.
Grrr, unfortunately deer are keeping my rhododendrons down to size- and removing most of the flower buds. Just one of a dozen or so that I have has flowers this year. Pieris, here I come! Even my kalmia foliage was decimated this last winter- they usually stay away from that!
You have got to get the camera way waaaaaay closer for demo and instructional shots. If the point was to show us what to do then you need to actually SHOW us what you are specifically doing

Exactly what I was looking for, although I could use a closer shot of a latent bud.

Well done video. Great tip on the use of alcohol on the pruners to prevent transmitting disease from one plant to another.
YES! I watched another video and they said the same thing. I would have never have thought of it for plants, but it makes so much sense!
Please do another one with more close-ups.
Thank you for the video! Great information!
thank you - a really useful and well-explained video
Is that isopropyl alcohol, and if so does the strength matter? Wearing gloves should be an obvious recommendation.
Thanks!

I enjoy the size and find it the ideal bivouac for my personal detail of Sri Lankan Tamil Separatists and their defensive hardware.
