Naaa I disagree her voice is so emotional and soulful for me, it may not be the best voice in the world but she is one of the most relaxing emotional singers in my opinion. SM isn't the worst company.
SM isn't a perfect company and they have a lot of idols here.
Their training are other level, they don't have basic vocals or the main dancers are good at it and that's all.
Main vocalists can dance decently and so good, main dancers can sing with all their potential.
If people only see bad things, just all the companies are the worst.
But I have other vision ....Lee Soo Man was a singer and he respects and support all their idol's decisions.

IN MY OPINION, this is about snsd. As you can see from 2:28, there are all 9 taeyeons, then it keeps on decreasing until only 5 taeyeons are left. For me, it represents her co-members that parts ways with them and so she misses them. Like she missed being with them, performing on stage, and so what. Everyday she waits for that moments to comeback. Reminiscing those memories and that life. Then maybe she thinks it will be impossible so she said, "could I just laugh them off?" because it hurts waiting, and maybe laughing could ease the pain. For me, this is her way of telling how she feels. All those voices in her heart, she wants to know how is she supposed to hear them again, even if it is just one more. Haha this may be nonsense but this is my opinion. Anyways, I so love you Taeyeon 💙 I love my soshis 💙 Please keep on going, we, Sones, are always here for you. I love you so much!
