  • Being a home health aide isn’t just a job anyone can do: you’ve got to be someone exceptional to handle work with this much purpose. I mean, you’re the difference between a client being able to live in their home or being forced to go elsewhere. People want to be cared for in familiar surroundings where they can maintain their independence.
BAYADA knows how rare it is to find great home health aides. That’s why we offer complimentary supplies, flexible hours, 24-hour support, and weekly paychecks. We’re a company that invests in your growth-in whichever ways you want to grow-by providing training opportunities, continuing education, and scholarships. And finally, we know that providing for others all the time can be a thankless job, so we’ve got recognition programs and other benefits to show just how thankful we are that you consider clients’ needs over profits, just like we do.
Being a BAYADA home health aide isn’t just for anyone; it’s a calling.

@@ma7608 All of these care places for the elderly are the same non-caring people. I've tried four and there's very little difference.

@@Jay-hr3rh I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm a home health aide and I'm a treat my clients with dignity and respect just like I want to be treated. But I totally understand you I heard many of my clients tell me about mean home health aides. Good luck and hope you find a good company and a good aide.
