I’d love to see the character’s actually achieve their original dreams but not in the way they could have expected. Sailor Mercury would go into the medical field and save lives the way she originally intended, but she’d do so across the galaxy instead of just on Earth. Sailor Jupiter would settle down on one of the planets they’re reviving and get married to an alien having a family owned space bakery.
I'm writing a fanfiction where they build their dreams up but also find other hobbies and dreams the like, such as Makoto learning she likes passionate, very romantic writing and Rei learning she likes sports such as volleyball and soccer.
Fan Fact, in the manga the reason why The entire universe Is dead it's because of Sailor Galaxya, She literaly did the Undertale genocide, killing anyone She saw. By the end of the manga Sailor Moon Is literaly the only Person Alive a side for a few others.
Given the fact that each senshi from Earth is a planetary princess in her own right, the idea of them going out to recolonize the galaxies and reclaim their own kingdoms would be an awesome concept. The Dream arc movies made it clear that they are royals as much as Usagi and Chibiusa, so why not use that? Why not even find descendants of the inhabitants of the planetary kingdoms? I mean, how emotional would it be if Mercury found actual Mercurians on some distant asteroid who fled because of Metalia's war? The Sailor V manga even established a character who had been from Venus and had him fall in love with Princess Minako in Silver Millennium. Show me some Plutonians from the ancient past who were searching for their missing princess all these centuries! Really, the possibilities are endless.
I want to see what happens to Usagi's normal Earth family and normal Earth friends. Is Usagi still friends with Naru? Are Ikuko, Kenji, and Shingo considered apart of the royal family? I know they become out-of-focus in later arcs, but I think it would be out-of-character for Usagi to completely abandon them. I think it would be interesting to see their reactions to finding out Usagi's secret identity and the consequences that come from it. Naru and Ikuko would probably be surprised but nonetheless carefree and accepting about it, Shingo would probably be shocked and maybe a little grossed out that the superhero he admires is actually his klutzy sister, and her dad would most likely be his usual overprotective dad self and freak out over it.
We get a very small glimpse of their connections to the normal friends and family in one arc of the manga, but that's about it. It always bugged me too.
"Shingo would probably be shocked and maybe a little grossed out that the superhero he admires is actually his klutzy sister". LOL, sounds just like Chibiusa but it's Usagi's real present day self versus her future mama. ^^; That totally sounds like what Shingo's reaction would be, I'm betting on that too. XD
I'm writing a fanfiction series that gets more in-depth about that, only problem is it's for the 90s version and some of the plot points in the original are changed, such as in the original they live their lives on their planets but in my version they instead stay on earth for at least a century then live on their home planets. Another thing changed is that Chibiusa is younger, at least 700, as I am an American and Usagi and Mamoru's Reincarnations are not old enough in Japan. It is illegal.
I love the idea of a Sailor Moon space opera. Only thing I would do would be to massively play up the old school mythology level epicness of the setting to the most extreme possible extent, showing Usagi and co as practically gods walking the earth, and the fall of the moon kingdom as a kind of Ragnarok like event. Basically Sailor Moon 40,000.
Honestly, as someone who grew up with only the “Sailor Moon” anime, I was still super hyped for “Crystal”, because I bought the manga when it was recently re-released in English and loved it a lot. And I will go to bat for season three of “Crystal”; I think that was the only season worth watching, and “Eternal” seems very promising. As for what I would like to see: I’d honestly love to read or watch something Ghibli-esque, where the focus is on magical girls once they’ve become middle-aged, examining whether they continued to pursue that path, how they support the next generation, or step away from that life altogether. Also, more stuff with the Outer Senshi, specifically Hotaru having a great time with her three loving parents, and Chibiusa as her girlfriend, would be great.
@@Pollicina_db No, it’s just implied that they might get together in the future. Plus, there is *plenty* of (sub)text for Chibiusa and Hotaru’s relationship, including the scene where Mamoru feels like he’s “giving her away”, like a father on his daughter’s wedding day, when she runs to see Hotaru.
@@Harukurochan TBH, that chapter where she goes riding on Helios' back was a tad bit skeevy. I know they tried to hand wave away all the obvious romantic tension by pulling the "it's in the future" card, buuuuut it's still nine kinds of Oh No.
When you’re only halfway through season one and you stupidly decide to watch this and get slapped in the face with a billion new characters you’ve never heard of
When you said in your last video that the next one would be “indulgent”, I never imagined we would be going to SPACE. This was a bizarre yet fun trip. Probably would’ve been easier to follow if I had actually seen Sailor Moon yet. As a magical girl, Ikuhara, and Junichi Sato fan, I’ll inevitably get around to it someday.
I like the going back in time idea. Right after the destruction of the Moon Kingdom and Queen Serenity uses the Silver Crystal, Usagi could have a conversation with the dying Queen Serenity before she gets sent back forward in time, reflecting on how things turned out in the future and any advice she has for becoming Queen along with a heartfelt moment of Serenity knowing that everything turned out okay.
A cooking anime with Makoto as the protagonist! That would be so cool to see! I know “cooking anime” wasn’t the point of this video but wouldn’t that be so cool to see??
I dunno... My wishes for Sailor Moon is a bit more basic. I just wanted something that combined the best of the manga with the best of the 90s anime. While fleshing out the characters as stand alone more often. I'm a sucker for redemption and romance. So what I'd really want is for team Beryl to have happy endings. I want a chance for them to remember their pasts and reconnect with Momoru again. I want Zosite x Kunsite and Nephrite x Naru to have their happy endings, damn it! But if not that, then a direct sequel to Stars. Where the girls are college aged and we actually see Usagi's goddess accession in action. Because I can't be the only one wondering how we got from point A to point Z, haha
Honestly a cyber punk Sailor Moon au sounds great. Plus it would open to the possibility of them chosing to become the sailor scouts instead of ✨destiny✨
Hey, just wanted to say I hope all the criticism of your last video hasn’t discouraged you. I’m not a sailor moon fan, partly just cus it wasn’t on my radar when I had the time to watch old long running shounen, but the idea of sailor moon as a space opera does intrigue me
"Is anyone's favorite episode when they're traveling from place to place?" *Star Trek fan sweats profusely* Seriously though I adore Sailor Moon and I think a thing exploring the scouts as individuals (or smaller teams) would've been great. I remember the few times in the original anime we got see them as Makoto or Rei instead of just Jupiter and Mars. While they would be doing important work you could also see how they've grown and who they've become outside of their role as guardians. Doubly so for Chibi Usa, her whole character arc is her relationship with Usagi as a person (and god) and the insecurity she feels. Give me an older Chibi Usa who's outside of that shadow. She has Hotaru and Helios and they're helping her forge her own path as a hero. Give them character development, please.
Twist: When Usagi gets sucked back in time, she actually does save the Moon Kingdom. Realizing her mistake too late, SHE destroys the Moon Kingdom herself in a desperate attempt to preserve the future and her friends. She is the looming threat in the future, warped and hardened by the disaster she unwittingly created. Since she is the threat, that's why all the redeemable baddies were haunting Japan trying to kill/capture her. Now, they must band with the scouts as she tries to stop her other self from ever venturing back in time - only to see the 'good Usagi' be taken away. Let 'bad Usagi' unpack the horrifying truth of the destruction she has unintentionally caused and now the scouts & allies must learn to understand, forgive, and help redeem the 'bad Usagi'. Give me Space Opera :p
Speaking of tragedy, the fact that Usagi's wish came true to live an ordinary life again only to be dashed the moment the second season started KILLED me. I'll never forget when I watched the original dub of Sailor Moon R for the first time and she melancholically says "bye bye, my ordinary life.."
I honestly want more details sculpted out about Sailor Cosmos, even if that means a continuation of the series where Chibi usa is an ‘adult’ [whatever that means for immortal beings] so we can see how Usagi progresses into more than just a god-being of a specific location
@@marcocognome1835 Chibiusa is 900 years old when she first shows up and despite her stunted growth, she's supposed to be basically an older teenager, so I beg to differ that's it's only 1000 years lol.
I'll admit this felt like less of a Space Opera and more of a followup season to the original show, especially with the emphasis on showing how a lot of the old characters are handling being on their own/being redeemed rather than any sort of big bad. Great vid tho and you got yourself a sub.
"Does anyone actually like when all an episode is is characters traveling to a new destination in space?" I mean, one of the greatest space operas, Battlestar Galactica (2004), is all about that.
the fact that i watched an 18min essay about how the reboot should have been (after only watching the reboot and not the original anime) solely because your video and ideas are super fun to watch. congrats on your channel! keep it up! 💕
I'm really happy with how many comments like yours are here, confirming that I'm not the only one who knew almost nothing about the original anime, but still watched and enjoyed the video solely because it's fun to watch Noralities gush about her fandom!
Personally, I would love to see a sequel series where we have new guardians that are children of the original ones, that would probably mean that Chibi-Usa would be the princess to protect, though I also ship Makoto x Ami so they'd probably have to get their own biological child/ren through other means. Actually played Rei's daughter in a roleplay some years back, that was pretty fun, though I also have my own OC senshi who's powers relate to ice/snow.
I've never really had the chance to watch Sailor Moon growing up, but the idea of exploring and rebuilding several different planets sounds super interesting. I'd definitely watch a sailor moon spinoff around that.
I only clicked on this video because of the Space Opera fanfic for Madoka. Magical Girls in Space is actually a really cool premise, especially when you can manage to pull of hard sci-fi with a soft magic system without destroying either. Am I weird for saying that my favourite sci-fi series is a Madoka fanfic?
maybe not as a reboot, but a prequel spin off about the silver millenium and its downfall would be amazing. queen serenity summons the first born princess of each inner planet to use their senshi abilities to protect her daughter. outrage throughout the solar system as their nobility and their protectors leave each of their planets to fall for a princess theyve never met, the mysterious outer senshi who seldom leave their posts, the princess of saturn who knows that she can't protect her people and will only unlock her true power to become the end of all things. background on each planet and their cultures and ruling families, maybe some juicy court drama mixing with political intrigue. the mistakes that lead to the end and the implications and logistics of waging war as nine entirely seperate planets
Also the Witches 5 were in the Manga. But I really would prefer them be streamers or "influencers" who incorrectly using magic on their fans. To get Sempai Pharoah 90 to notice them. Which is probably why they are after Hotaru to abuse like family TH-cam channels and their adopted children
I'm sure you already know this, but the live action drama actually explores a lot of these themes in the form of a re-imagining of the Dark Kingdom story arc!
I'm gonna keep it real with you chief, you lost me at the very end at "Usagi ends up with Seiya instead." I would riot in the streets if you did my man mamoru dirty like that. Love that dweeb so much. Honestly if we ever got a new reboot I'd just love to see them do more with his character and plotlines from the manga, which are pretty much all but forgotten in the 90s anime
The only reason I see why Seiya could be a better ship than Mamoru is that Mamoru was aged up too much in the anime, that said, no one comes between Usa-ko and Mamo-chan, they belong together
@@l.c.8475 yeah ill never understand that particular decision, but if i close my eyes and turn my brain off i can just pretend hes still a high school student when i watch the anime (bceause it doesn't come up that often anyway)
@@l.c.8475 Yeah that was a weird decision. Mamoru was supposed to be 16 and Usagi was 14, idk why they decided to make him 18 and in college since it didnt change the story that much with him being older.
...Uhhh 16:00 I have to disagree with the concept of a good person being able to let a genocide happen and not being traumatized to hell and back about it. She could just try and fail, which would be something of a plot twist in and of itself. You could have it be that the evil is someone trying and failling to change the past and Usagi getting yeeted into the past is their Hail Mary plan to save someone/something they care about only for it to ultimately fail and for them to give in to despair and decide that if they can't have the present/future they want then everything should burn instead. Could also have them hint at an Even Biggererer Threat that's motivating them to do this to spare everyone a fate worse than death.
I got reminded of this, after I finished the first season of Crystal. And, I really like it so far Although, I think that could be for one simple reason: I didn't watch the original as a kid. I was probably aware that it existed, but I didn't watch it. So I have no Attachment to it
Fun fact: chibiusa couldn't see helios until she was a full teen wich would be imposibe to meet him. And when a sailor gaurdian has a daughter, their sailor crystal will pass down to the and they wont have the power to transform again
I’d love to see a Sailor Moon sequel series with a diverse group of girls from a modern era gain the powers of the senshi and have chibi versions of the original senshi as mentors of sorts
I honestly like crystal alot I never read the manga and I watched like every single episode of the og anime I liked how usagi really grows into her own. But also like if we're continuing the old anime I like alot of these ideas they're really fun and would be super interesting seeing the other scouts get their own growth away from each other and seeing what else they can do for the entire Galaxy instead of just Earth
I’d like to see more slice of life. Something that really shows how as our team grows up how they are able to balance life while also being these guardians. Sort of like you know yes we are superheroes that have an important duty to save the universe, but also Ami is studying for med school and Jupiter is dating and Venus is trying to decide on her career and issues with their friends and family who aren’t superheroes but either know or they’re trying to keep them from learning and just really about the balance of taking care of business but also having a regular life and emphasize that trying to keep things normal while things are not normal
I totally agree with this! I also would love to see more mahou/sentai/whatever hero team shows being able to hold their own or be on par with the leader. Being formulaic isn't bad, but it can get old knowing the main person achieves a level or two above everyone and they become background
after reading the title i was like oh idk if i'll like this concept, but honestly this sound interesting and i love it and kinda wish it were an actual thing
5:01 if I had a nickel for every time I have seen/heard of a magical girl becoming the god, I would have two nickels. Which isn’t much, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice
I’d love to see a series where Usagi, pre-30th century, has to deal with widespread political discourse and management of her kingdom. I feel like the transition from essentially figurehead Princess, to human girl, to soldier, to QUEEN, would be a lot. I don’t think she would be equipped, and while Mamoru could help, he was only ever a Prince. He’s probably got just as much experience as her. It would also sweeten the destined conclusion, if Usagi had to really work and figure things out before she became God-Queen Of The Universe. I think there’s a lot of growth that happens between Usagi and Neo Queen Serenity, but since we don’t see that, we can’t help but feel like her position as God-Queen is alarming and unfair.
Even though I know the expressions on the new talk sprites didn't really change I feel like they somehow have an even more intense energy than before and I love it.
I'm writing a novel that starts out as scifi and gradually descends into cosmic horror, and includes a 5-(wo)man team of commandos who are (not so slightly hinted to be) the reincarnations of the inner senshi (even their callsigns are Luna, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, and their dropship's and it's pilot is dubbed "Mercury"). So sort of got you covered fam lol.
It was always implied that the girls had a choice to become sailor guardians, not forced to become ones. I've always wanted to see what happens in the timeline of the last villain and sailor guardian that we come across in the manga.
I like how Usagi never knows what she’s doing. I am adding Magical Girls to my long Epic Fantasy because of the appeal of positive bundles of flatness like her.
I personally disagree that Crystal was all bad, the adaption of the Death Busters arc was really lovely. A reinvisioning would breathe life into the franchise. I'd like to see the colonization of the galaxy with the rebirth of all the senshi, with the inners on their respective planets for a while. We could get a chance to see how resources and culture builds a society on a fundamental level. The Witches 5 are not anime only and deserve better. Professor Tomoe is only redeemable in the 90s anime. In the source material he's still a bastard. The main reason why I don't see a reenvision happening is I feel Takeuchi is borderline retired from that body of work. The author had worked herself nearly to death during the original Nakayoshi run. She is not present at Sailor Moon fan events, and if you ask me, she has earned the right to take space or work on other projects. Spin offs could be created by Toei Animation, but it may be Takeuchi's wishes to adapt only. So who knows. Edit: Hey, we're back!
There are a LOT of cool concepts in this video, so many that i don't think it would all fit into an anime Honestly i think it would work way better as a game with a rich history and many many side missons than as a very long anime, just imagine: a game where you could play as one of the main sailors and rebuild a planet while also building a relantionship with side characters and in the end all get linked into a bigger plot !! Idk you but i would play the shit out of this fictional action rpg with build-your-own-world mechanics :) (Especially if it offered the option to make my own sailor and play as them, thats would be so cool !!)
Tbh, I never watched Sailor Moon but was aware of the series. This video has me interested in the series for a show that can be summarized as Super Sentai targeted towards girls.
1:30 That line made me think of Doctor Who. I’ve been watching that series and had something where side characters would branch out into their own series. Like Captain Jack and the adventure of Sarah Jane, so when they did return they don’t feel like second notes since they’ve been having their own adventures.
Oh hey imagine if all of the versions of Usagi- Princess serenity, Usagi, neo queen serenity, and sailor cosmos all just, suddenly had to work together as a team? Like First of all, Princess Serenity would absolutely be the naive one. Usagi(I’d have her be at eternal sailor moon stage) would be the somewhat matured but still childish one who has a good head on her shoulders due to her experience, Neo Queen Serenity would be like the mom of the group, and Cosmos would be the depressed emo one who’s quiet and mysterious. Idk why or how they’d all end up together but maybe some evil time monster showed up and for some reason all the Usagis had to combine their power in order to defeat it, but there were still monsters of the week leading up to the big fight. But at the climax of the big battle, they all combined themselves into their ultimate form, like a fusion of every Usagi, creating a really neat and fun transformation. And basically if there was a follow up to this story, every time Usagi needed to defeat a really scary big bad, she would become that transformation- maybe that would even be her transformation, since that’s typically the formula
I definitely agree the biggest thing Sailor Moon is missing is world building of any kind to what the heck the moon kingdom or any of this past was. Watched through it recently and my friend and I were constantly asking ourselves "What do you do? What is your life even like when you're not standing in a void laughing?" It's why definitively, despite being obvious non canon filler, my favorite arc by a mile is the aliens and their alien tree. We know at least by the end what they were kinda like, what their motivation was, and we absolutely delightfully so, get to see them interact as fish out of water trying to blend into the human world inbetween their actual bouts with the scouts.
my friend introduced me to this video when I told them I was designing senshi forms for the Amazon Trio and that they should be replacement senshi for the guardians of planets mau, mermaid, and koronis post-galaxia. Which I think could be nestled into ur ideas very good! Other than that,,, more cyberpunk elements would be an interesting direction.

The real life discovery of new planets both within and beyond the solar system since 1992 would certainly provide ample inspiration to introduce new senshis and story arcs.
I would have loved the space opera thing but I would have liked to see each inner senshi with their season one guard. They were supposed to be in a relationship with the guards of earth in the past but they never get brought back. It would be interesting to see if they could or would rekindle those old romances or even friendships.
This video made me super nostalgic for the old anime, i didnt understand a lot of it when i initially seen it bc i was so young. But imagining some of the villains being redeemed and the scouts living independent lives from usagi.... God that'd be so nice. But i think im tired of the laser focus on one character type stories these days. If we can spend a reasonable amount of time with the mc but also good bits and pieces with supporting cast members that much more fulfilling.
I do feel like people where hating on this channel just…because Like yea there where lines in previous videos that went absolutely overboard on their analogies and other things, but it really just feels like they’re going “haha look at this butthurt gal, so cringe” with no other purpose
They were hating on her for taking things out of context and being a hypocrite. If they were ''just hating'' she could easily debunk the videos criticizing her.
My idea of a sailor moon spin off is to make the senshi genderbend and also has the slice of life and magical girl genre but also a art genre and the cutie honey flash kind of theme Story type: using all the idea of every sailor moon adaptation and the manga but also own ideas for example new senshis like Sailor Silver Rabbit, Sailor Onyx Mole etc. The next special thing is the animation could be a mix of cel and computer.
Or maybe a sailor moon spin off called Sailor Moon Constellation. A sailor moon spin off having a mythology and fashion theme with new senshis basing of popular tales, shows and videogames characters like Rosalina, the little prince and Steven as senshis and tuxedos. Maybe also taking the idea from space opera aswell
Prequel of the sailor wars that would be awesome and still could be space operay. Side note Seiya and Usagi have so much chemistry I ship them way more the I ship Usagi and Does Nothing Gets Captured Every Season Mamoru
The more I think about it the more I’d like to see cyberpunk, also seiya and usagi is what I would love to see compared to her and mamoru. I would love a video on ur thoughts about the stars season tho

Works with canon too, since cooking was one of her hobbies
I love that! Makoto going to culinary arts school a few years after the events of Stars.
I would totally watch a slice of life anime about the Sailor Moon characters.
Ayyyyy she's back. Great video
Honestly a cyber punk Sailor Moon au sounds great. Plus it would open to the possibility of them chosing to become the sailor scouts instead of ✨destiny✨
Hey, just wanted to say I hope all the criticism of your last video hasn’t discouraged you.
I’m not a sailor moon fan, partly just cus it wasn’t on my radar when I had the time to watch old long running shounen, but the idea of sailor moon as a space opera does intrigue me
I believe that Sailor Moon is Shojo, not Shonen. Or did you want to say Shojo and mistake it for Shonen?
Isn't Sailor Moon a Shojo series tho
she better explain the "artwork" she did of bakugo and kirishima
It is indeed shoujo. My main point was “long running”
I rarely have time to watch anything with more than 100+ episodes these days
@Erwin Lii Demonizing one side isn’t going to help... 🤦🏽♀️
Noralities: We're making them Mickey and Minnie levels of stupid in love
Me: Oh, so Haruka and Michiru in love?
You mean cousins ;)
Basically
@@Pollicina_db They are not cousins, the dub made them that bc homophobia lol
“The Mamo/Usagi drama is done. They are just hopelessly in love. No more drama”
You had my curiosity, now you have my attention.
"Is anyone's favorite episode when they're traveling from place to place?" *Star Trek fan sweats profusely*
Seriously though I adore Sailor Moon and I think a thing exploring the scouts as individuals (or smaller teams) would've been great.
LOL hello fellow Trekkie
"Is anyones favourite episode really the one where characters just go places"
*Gundam fans begin sweating profusely*
Finally, an opportunity to throw money at Noralities. I'm goin' in boys
That sounds a little weird but yeah you do you man
That’s what she said.
I honestly want more details sculpted out about Sailor Cosmos, even if that means a continuation of the series where Chibi usa is an ‘adult’ [whatever that means for immortal beings] so we can see how Usagi progresses into more than just a god-being of a specific location
They are not exatly Immortal they Just live a realy long time about 1000 years
@@marcocognome1835 Chibiusa is 900 years old when she first shows up and despite her stunted growth, she's supposed to be basically an older teenager, so I beg to differ that's it's only 1000 years lol.
I'll admit this felt like less of a Space Opera and more of a followup season to the original show, especially with the emphasis on showing how a lot of the old characters are handling being on their own/being redeemed rather than any sort of big bad. Great vid tho and you got yourself a sub.
"Does anyone actually like when all an episode is is characters traveling to a new destination in space?"
I mean, one of the greatest space operas, Battlestar Galactica (2004), is all about that.
omg yes!
the fact that i watched an 18min essay about how the reboot should have been (after only watching the reboot and not the original anime) solely because your video and ideas are super fun to watch. congrats on your channel! keep it up!
“They’re girls and cousins too!”

Ahead of schedule, even. This lady puts in the work.
I've never really had the chance to watch Sailor Moon growing up, but the idea of exploring and rebuilding several different planets sounds super interesting. I'd definitely watch a sailor moon spinoff around that.
please PLEASE i need to know your feelings on Madoka as a whole. everything with Homura, whether or not Mami was cut short, etc.
God yes, especially since the new movie trailer got released. Madoka is the epitome of best magical girl anime.
@@angeldude101 yo fanfics rock
maybe not as a reboot, but a prequel spin off about the silver millenium and its downfall would be amazing. queen serenity summons the first born princess of each inner planet to use their senshi abilities to protect her daughter. outrage throughout the solar system as their nobility and their protectors leave each of their planets to fall for a princess theyve never met, the mysterious outer senshi who seldom leave their posts, the princess of saturn who knows that she can't protect her people and will only unlock her true power to become the end of all things. background on each planet and their cultures and ruling families, maybe some juicy court drama mixing with political intrigue. the mistakes that lead to the end and the implications and logistics of waging war as nine entirely seperate planets
Also the Witches 5 were in the Manga. But I really would prefer them be streamers or "influencers" who incorrectly using magic on their fans. To get Sempai Pharoah 90 to notice them. Which is probably why they are after Hotaru to abuse like family TH-cam channels and their adopted children
been subbed, had the notifs on and I get your videos in my recommendations in general
took me 2 weeks to even see this video existed
I’m a 17 year old boy who’s spending his afternoon watching a video about this show that I’ve never seen.
Heck yeah.
Same but not 17
Watch it
Oh you boys need to watch Sailor Moon asap
I got reminded of this, after I finished the first season of Crystal. And, I really like it so far
Although, I think that could be for one simple reason: I didn't watch the original as a kid.
Your new outfit reminds me of Rei's pink overalls!
I’d love to see a Sailor Moon sequel series with a diverse group of girls from a modern era gain the powers of the senshi and have chibi versions of the original senshi as mentors of sorts
“Did you know Hotaru has the power to destroy the universe and everything?”
-Sailor Uranus 2021
(I forgot their actual name TwT)
Sailor moon has so many potentials for AUs me myself i was very excited for the ice skating show they where planning to do before the pandemic
me: expects her to say something about crystal not being the adaptation she thought it would be
nora: uses the title to bait me into loving her idea
I totally agree with this! I also would love to see more mahou/sentai/whatever hero team shows being able to hold their own or be on par with the leader.
Being formulaic isn't bad, but it can get old knowing the main person achieves a level or two above everyone and they become background
You said “space opera” and I am here now.
after reading the title i was like oh idk if i'll like this concept, but honestly this sound interesting and i love it and kinda wish it were an actual thing
5:01 if I had a nickel for every time I have seen/heard of a magical girl becoming the god, I would have two nickels. Which isn’t much, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice
The new outfit looks really cute, also this sounds like a super fun idea.
You've basically described Star Twinkle PreCure
AGHHH THE NEW ART IS SO CUTE I LOVE
Even though I know the expressions on the new talk sprites didn't really change I feel like they somehow have an even more intense energy than before and I love it.
It's all the new poses. That leaning back on the rail was the best one.
Sounds like Annihilation with extra steps
It was always implied that the girls had a choice to become sailor guardians, not forced to become ones.
I've always wanted to see what happens in the timeline of the last villain and sailor guardian that we come across in the manga.
That outfit is soooo cute! I love your take on a sailor moon reboot like this
This feels like someone trying to make a sequel to both the manga and anime who hasn’t read the manga
new drip
Hahahah silly noralities, you cant drip-
I'm always happy to see a new video by you!
I love this so much. thank you for making this.
Since Sailor Cosmos has canonically recreated the universe, all Sailor Moon Media is cannon. Have a nice day.
@Erwin Lii What part are you referring to? They've covered a lot of what I've mentioned xD;
There are a LOT of cool concepts in this video, so many that i don't think it would all fit into an anime
Honestly i think it would work way better as a game with a rich history and many many side missons than as a very long anime, just imagine: a game where you could play as one of the main sailors and rebuild a planet while also building a relantionship with side characters and in the end all get linked into a bigger plot !!
Idk you but i would play the shit out of this fictional action rpg with build-your-own-world mechanics :)
(Especially if it offered the option to make my own sailor and play as them, thats would be so cool !!)
ok so who's biting the bullet and writing this fanfic? dibs that I'm not it I still haven't finished my current fanfiction
Not gonna lie, I love the sound of a Sailor Moon cooking series. Also, nice new outfit! Looks good!
Sailor Moon with a gun is both the scariest and exciting thing I have ever seen!
OH YEAH, Noralities is BACK BABYYYYY FUCK YEAH!!
I definitely agree the biggest thing Sailor Moon is missing is world building of any kind to what the heck the moon kingdom or any of this past was. Watched through it recently and my friend and I were constantly asking ourselves "What do you do? What is your life even like when you're not standing in a void laughing?"
It's why definitively, despite being obvious non canon filler, my favorite arc by a mile is the aliens and their alien tree. We know at least by the end what they were kinda like, what their motivation was, and we absolutely delightfully so, get to see them interact as fish out of water trying to blend into the human world inbetween their actual bouts with the scouts.
I must admit, i never watched sailor moon, and know absolutely nothing, but i still watched the whole video and enjoyed it! Thank you!
my friend introduced me to this video when I told them I was designing senshi forms for the Amazon Trio and that they should be replacement senshi for the guardians of planets mau, mermaid, and koronis post-galaxia. Which I think could be nestled into ur ideas very good! Other than that,,, more cyberpunk elements would be an interesting direction.
Fun fact in Sailor Crystal it's confirmed that the inner senshi, were kids and were already sailor guardians.
Was gonna say "inb4 people who are salty from the isekai and dragon maid videos start commenting here for no reason" but it appears there are already comments, even though there are 8 comments and 2 replies total as i look. Just... sorry.

The statement saying, “a fictional cartoon character’s age is a fake/fictional age... and may always be modified by an individual with or without modifying the original designs” should *not* come off as a surprise. We-as human-beings/persons/individuals-are always the ones who decide and control a character’s ‘age,’ not time itself, which basically means an age never took place *for* the character design nor is the character a genuine being (as it simply does not develop on its own since the *only* existence *it has* is being a cartoon illustration on paper or digital canvas).

Love your new avatar and the video!
The real life discovery of new planets both within and beyond the solar system since 1992 would certainly provide ample inspiration to introduce new senshis and story arcs.
Love your new outfit. Dungarees are THE BEST!
Love the new art!
I do feel like people where hating on this channel just…because
Like yea there where lines in previous videos that went absolutely overboard on their analogies and other things, but it really just feels like they’re going “haha look at this butthurt gal, so cringe” with no other purpose
They were hating on her for taking things out of context and being a hypocrite. If they were ''just hating'' she could easily debunk the videos criticizing her.
This is just spectacular 🤩 tysm for taking the time to make this video
I have never watched any sailor moon but this video still made my day! The new sprites are also so expressive and nice!!!
I’ve literally never watched sailor moon and I enjoyed every second of this conjecture and I have no Idea what’s going on
I'd watch the hell outta this.
I love the new outfit and the new more sassy looking expressions you got with it.
Yeah I was one of the few that enjoyed Crystal lol.
My idea of a sailor moon spin off is to make the senshi genderbend and also has the slice of life and magical girl genre but also a art genre and the cutie honey flash kind of theme
Story type: using all the idea of every sailor moon adaptation and the manga but also own ideas for example new senshis like Sailor Silver Rabbit, Sailor Onyx Mole etc.
I love the new outfit! I haven’t seen sailor moon but I do love all the videos you make, especially the utena ones! :)
The more I think about it the more I’d like to see cyberpunk, also seiya and usagi is what I would love to see compared to her and mamoru. I would love a video on ur thoughts about the stars season tho
I think the sailors don't need any ships to travel into space.. I mean, their eternal forms can fly with their wings (actually this happens in the manga)
