Well, in fairness I did make a mistake 4 minutes in by confusing the time for DuckTales 2 with DuckTales 1 and therefore this is lower quality than it should be. Or something.

This _is_ the original! dwango is piping the TAS inputs into his NES. The TAS is killing the bees before they get a chance to really slow things down. It's called lag reduction.
I was thinking the same thing the whole run. Have a look at the boss's jumping animation at 5:38 for example, and the victory jingle is really familiar sounding, too...

This game runs so smooth on emulation compared to the original. The lag with the bees part on the NES is just immense :/
