When I needed to check an idea for a project in a class I took from him, he said "call me, I'm in the book". I was stunned to find him in the Claremont white pages. Even more when I realized it was him actually answering. I was so miss-trained in big biz where the leaders are protected by legions of gatekeepers. Anywhere else I would have to offer my firstborn!
