Warning about the kosas eyeshadow: love it, but it will pour out of the bottle if you lean it or turn it upside down. Also, make sure to close it tight because mine dried up and at the same time leaked all over my make up bag. Just tricky to care for.
i have this eyeshadow and i find that the bottle's secure! maybe you got one with faulty packaging! hoping that's the case and not a normal thing because the eyeshadow itself is beautiful :)
I love the dew wet balm, I was like NOOO when you passed over it originally and then like YESSS when Jamie got it for you 😘 Also yes, glowscreen works best with as little underneath it as possible!! Love you both!!

I love this series that you and jamie did. The newer one yall filmed led me back to this original one. I love watching both ya'lls content. I have the same skin type as Jamie but both of you have the same taste in makeup which matches mine. You also do more colorful looks which I really love to watch but can't pull it off on myself. Lol.
You're both so genuinely sweet, kind and respect your integrity and honesty you portray in your reviews without being mean all make both of you that much more enjoyable to watch.
Sometimes I think beauty influencers forget that someone put a lot of thought, time, passion, creativity and a lot of times love into these products they've created, excluding large global brands or brands that are an obvious cash grab. Sometimes it takes influencers collaborating with a brand or starting their own brand to understand and keep in the forefront of their mind that when they don't take the time and effort to try the product multiple ways or learn how the creator meant for the product to be used before they crap all over something that is going to personally hurt the creator and potentially effect the success of that product. That is why ppl who just do first impressions bother me so much and why it's flat out wrong. I'm not saying this means one should not be 100% honest, they should just give it a fair shot bc it's your job, what you're getting paid to do so one should do it right while maintaining one's morals, ethics and achieving it with grace. You and her both do that and it's sad how rare those qualities have become.
So I'll get off my soap box and tell you this is a long winded way of saying, you're not like that so Thank You for just being you and keep it up! 🙂👍

You are so right about the Lancôme mascara! It’s a totally different look than the first time you used it. Your lashes look amazing! I’m so happy you and Jamie decided to do another collaboration! I really love what she picked up for you. I’m very interested in the Kosas 10 second eyeshadow it looks beautiful! I really love how the glow spf looks on your skin with the Bobbi Brown foundation.
it so weird how lighting makes a difference-- on camera, that foundation shade looks like a perfect match for you imo!
I think it just dried down a bit darker. It definitely goes on too light but by the end it looks perfect

You and Jamie would both love Saie sunvisor sun screen!! It's so balmy and moisturizing. It's like a middle ground between Josie Maran spf 47 and the supergoop glow screen. Great for spring/summer on dry skin!

Ya'll both are so incredibly sweet and I love this idea. It's a beautiful and positive way to show the depth of ya'lls friendship to each other and the world which we can all use more of that during these times. I also love that ya'll are both still honest and genuine when you don't like something in a way that's not mean but also doesn't beat around the bush which shows how secure and true ya'lls friendship is which is so wonderful to watch as a viewer. Y'all are my top two TH-camrs :) It helps that I have oily skin, colored eyes, and similar skin tones to you both. I always refer to both of your videos and have learned a lot about technique and application. I just bought the Master Mattes by Mario palette and I love it already.

Cross watching videos! I started watching Jamie's video of her shopping your stuff. This was a wonderful idea! Love love love the eyes, the mascara looks phenomenal. I'm experiencing the same thing with mascaras. I try them out the first time and the rest of the times, they're completely different, either for good or bad.

hey julia! please try color correcting, i bought the stila color correcting palette recently and its so good, my pigmentation is not even visible and i use just concealer and a lil light coverage foundation. please make a video on color correcting

I got a sample of the Josie Maran concealer in a recent Sephora order and I was so excited to try it bc I’ve been eyeing it for a while. I ended up being super disappointed bc it was so thick and hard to blend, but seeing you use it now I’m thinking I must have received an old sample.

Julia this video was so much fun, like I was receiving the products!! I liked mostly everything. But like you I’m not a big fan of the balm textures on the face. It just breaks down the makeup underneath. I thought the look turned out beautiful. You have some great products to add to your collection. 💜
I actually picked up a deeper shade of the dior powder to bronze....and im obsessed!! literally effortless, i kinda prefer it as a bronzer than an all over powder
