The OS in CF card, you can try to copy it from others machines and write into CF card, however it may failed and damage the card. Or you can buy new CF card from Karl Mayer to replace. Best way is contact to local agent they will help you to clear the problem

The computer of my Karl Mayer machine is not saving the events in its Log folder, would there be a way to save these events in another folder?
I think the CF card have problem. You can reload the IMG from others working machines if it same version
