Think you could make a vid sometime before salmon season on how to setup your rod & tackle/lures. We like to head up and salmon fish, but aren’t exactly seasoned fisherman. Lol. We go for fun, but would like the best chance at catching a few.
Your snorkel was made to keep dust out your intake...higher intake above dustclouds when overlanding or in a convoy. Your front differential intake is routed higher through the engine...but your rear differential air breather intake is not...unless it has been modded. If you go in water deeper than your rear diff case...all the snorkel in the world wont help you.
I moved the breather under the hood, unfortunately in doing that I discovered that it was super clogged from years of junk so I have an axle seal leak now🤣
Actually a pretty easy fix on. 4runner if its the cv to the diff seal...i think the parts 20 dollars or less. On your generation 4 runner theres no stop to the seal, so when you go to seat it you can push too far

These eggs were cured with pautzke borxofire. As far as floats go, 99% of the time I'm running blood run floats , fast deep or fast medium style, in sizes from 15g to 6g. In this video I'm running a 6gram fast medium float

I've had my license checked 3 times on the river. I've done some volunteer work with the DNR as well, and everyone I have met has been great.
