Assalaamu alaikum, this is a soorah with two names (Ad-Dahr and Al-Insaan) as soorah 35 has as well. They are both correct and interchangeable, but are matters of tawqeef, so one should be cautious about using other names than these.
Surah Bani-Israel. = Surah Isra.
