That is a good review and interesting to watch, like that you have some of the same struggles as the rest of us. I am tall and also have 1/2" extended clubs so I like that added aspect of someone tall like me with when it comes to club fitting and differences in the swing. Will stay tuned to see what is next.

Love I'm getting reviews from a golfer that is in the same handicap as I am. Thank you for that (Long time HotRod fan myself, met him twice back in the day in Portland, Or). Those numbers should tell you that the Ping work better for you. Just as My P790 's did better then my PXG's. Now the biggest question I have, what great adult beverage are you sipping on?
I wanted the PING i230s and went to The Golf Warehouse to build my custom fit irons on their site, and with only 7 irons (5-UW) with the shafts I like and grips I want, it comes to $1600 bucks, that's CRAZY, SO in a month I have a FULL BAG fitting with PXG for the 0211 XCOR2 lineup at $1999, that's 14 clubs, WITH bag !!! A person would be crazy not to spend $400 MORE for a full bag, that is all fitted to YOU! It's my Retirement Present to ME after 45 years of being an Automotive Paint Refinish Technician....LOL
Just got me a set of gen 5’s.. I love the black label elite! I had the gen 4 as well but am super excited about gaming the black label elite. I do like the ping too. Which ones feel better! I am curious. Thanks for the real world reviews
I like the channel as well. So 9 handicap was very consistent - good results. High Handicap can't really compare the clubs because he swung the Ping (I'm a Ping guy BTW) clubs a lot faster. Something was vastly different for you to increase your swing speed like that.
It's possible. The ping make some great irons. You'll have to stay tuned for the "Whats in the bag" video that will be coming out soon. PXG seems to be more forgiving.

I play the 0311 T (gen3) and demoed the i230 a month ago. My initial impression was "the ping feels more like my pxg than any club i've ever tried"
