I am glad you came trough the Typhoon. I know what you went through in the United States we have Hurricanes and your Typhoon can be stronger. We in Texas had a Cat 1 Hurricane but Florida was hit with a Cat 4 130 MPH winds and so much damage there and over 200 dead from the winds or flooding in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina. They were hit very hard.

鶏肉はまとめ買いトライアル等でブラジル産若鳥を買い、ジップロックで一枚ずつ小分けで、冷凍室で保存。米は安売りの店で30kg位買って保存してました。😊

台風10号大変だったみたいだね。炊飯器を利用しての炊き込みご飯は簡単でしたよ。
鶏肉は冷凍のまま一口サイズに切断。→ 20:42 炊飯器に米入れて少量の醤油のみを足らして炊飯器のスイッチを押して炊き上がれば完成。イチイチ鶏を焼くと後が面倒なので、冷凍のまま炊飯器にぶちこみます😊
ご飯が炊き上がれば鶏も柔らかくなってます。😊
